Workers were inexperienced and rude to costumers. The little staff that was working was inconsiderate and condescending when taking my order. Not to mention the long wait from understaffing and slow workers that didn’t care.
The workers at this Starbucks were nice, so I would have given it more stars but there was one lady who was working, sounded like a manager, who screamed at everybody in line for no reason. It was stated no where in Cedar Point accepts cash but there was no reason for her to yell at everyone about it. She could’ve just wrote a note on the register or just calmly told everyone as they ordered. She was yelling at all of her employees and treated the customers terribly

Seriously…the cashier was the rudest I’ve ever encountered at any Starbucks, and I was literally charged $8.34 before tax for a venti chocolate milk! More expensive than any of the coffee drinks I ordered…just milk and mocha!
Great experience. Staff very friendly and worked fast. Tables are clean. Nice to see them open everyday now.
Vanessa is so awesome! They all had a very stressful day of being out of everything, but she did great running the floor and making sure all of her staff was happy and got us in and out. Also the drinks were delicious! Thank you Vanessa and your crew!
RIDICULOUS!! pay $5 for a cup of regular coffee with no frills just cream and sugar the floors here when wet from rain are extremely slippery like walking on ice, almost fell twice and there were no signs stating anything about the slippery surface. Watch your step if it has been raining.
the girl on register with the pigtails was super nice and took my order so easily. there seemed to be newer people training today, the short girl with tattoos seemed to have everything very under control while still making sure her drinks were done!! my drink was also made perfectly aside from the super complicated recipe!! i’ll be returning next time i come!
