Food was outstanding, service was just as outstanding!
Amazing! Such a great experience. Owner came and introduced himself, he was just so personable. The appetizers and meals for absolutely delicious. The servers are taught proper to serve matriarch 1st! I wish this sauce was bottled for purchase and that there were franchises closer to us!!
Delicious variety of traditional and more modern itialian classics. The bread and oil was AMAZING ð The calamari was really nicely done. Big booths and quick service!
We came here on 2 nights from out of town. First night was the last hour of service and we get it the server was ready to leave, as we were equally ready to eat and go home. We had several errors on our order (a whole pizza instead of a kids pizza, whole pasta with salad instead of a side) that made it feel as if the server was attempting to get the bill larger for larger tip. However, the food was very good and we came back second night with reservations for earlier. I canât have dairy and asked several times (it was almost uncomfortable) if my plate came with cheese) and it was made clear it does not and I said even if it does I donât want it to come with it. It came with cheese, he apologized and took it back. It came back out it appeared good. Family was already done with their meals, I ate most of the food and then I find more cheese (large shaved Parmesan in the meal) it was almost as if they tried to pick it out. Thank goodness I donât have an actually food allergy, only sensitivity, but donât go here if you do have a food allergy, they will not take it seriously. Made it uncomfortable to keep asking for alterations.
Our waitress had no personality. No laughing or joking. Tried to talk us out of ordering 3 calamari appetizers. Then she did only bring us two! I was so mad! I looked forward to the calamari all day then only got about 3 pieces because she decided 3 was to many for our table.
Excellent food, great service. Highly recommend for authentic quality Italian. Huge portions, too.
Food was excellent. Service was as well, meatballs are the size of baseballs! Loved the warm bread. Donât over order. Portions are large.
All meals where very bland . The chicken Parmesan was very bland ! Wish there where more options of noodles !
We were at Kalahari for a birthday and decided to make a reservation here to try it out. So happy we did! Warm and inviting, charming and welcoming, with nods to the owners family via tastefully placed photos on every wall. The owner himself greeted us at our table and made us feel like guests in his home. The room is well lit and also has stringed lights above, however, it is not overly bright or harsh lighting. The decor is clean and modern but very welcoming. We ordered the wings and the garlic bread to start. They were so delicious and more than plenty for our family of five to enjoy. The portion sizes are HUGE, fyi. Our children ordered the brick oven pizza and it was outstanding. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and it was amazing, although, I couldâve easily shared it with 1-2 other people and been completely satisfied. You can feel the love that went into this place. I would very highly recommend. It was an excellent dining experience.
Our server Elisha (sp?) was AMAZING! Best server we have ever experienced in our life! Food was really good but very overpriced in general. Only con of dining at this place!
