We are trying our best to eat local. As others have stated this is not fast food and they have signs to that statement. If you are rushed, best to order takeout by calling ahead. But the food is plentiful and reasonably priced. 3 egg wedtern omellette like pic with 2 slices of toast is $5. The decor is old school and the regulars hold court. 2 breakfasts and 2 coffees for $15 plus tip. We like our coffee a little stronger but it was plentiful too and server was attentive.
Absolutely love this place... My husband has been obsessed with them since RN he first ate their food but it took me a couple times... Now though, I'm just as obsessed as he is! The food is delicious and super cheap... I don't think we could eat at McDonald's that cheap... And the service is always great too
It was great. Food was good and portions were large. It was cheaper than say something like bob Evans and they gave you more food. I had to tip the cook.

We were staying at Kalahari..Decided to look for lower priced breakfast alternatives...And we (two teens boys and myself ..an older guy)wanted to try somthing other than a chain resturant.Totally glad we did!!! All of us loved this place.. The waitress was so patient..The food was absolutly delicious!! Or you could say "Bussin"(teen for really good)..And the portions were great. The young girl "megan" did an excellent job of keeping me supplied with coffee.I hate the fact that I live in Akron,Oh and cant go there often..But if I'm ever up there again..I know where I'm eating breakfast! If you don't like this place..there is nothing that will please you.
