My pizzas had the wrong toppings I ordered cheesy bread or an extra $2 and got regular breadsticks I called the store got the manager on the phone she got smart and hung up on me horrible service who was not hot when I received it
We were up there last weekend for a volleyball tournament, @ 9pm we were all tired and hungry! I called and ordered 8 pizzas, 30 breadsticks, and 3 two liters of pop and these guys were fantastic!!!!!! Our order was delivered to the hotel in 30 mins and they brought plates, napkins, & cups! It's the best service we have had out of several Sandusky restaurants. Thank you!
We ordered 4 pizzas and 3 orders of breadsticks, and our order was ready in 15 minutes. The order was completely accurate and service was great.
I ordered the new stuffed crust pizza banana peppers n pepperoni when I got the pizza it was made wrong and had no sauce on it not the right toppings then when I called she proceeded to tell me she cut the pizza and seen the pepperoni on it that I must be lying I told her no that there was a red pepper on it she must have mistaken it for a pepperoni. Then told me 30 to 45 more minutes for a new one and she wanted the other pizza back like that is so not sanitary eewwww..... And when I got the new pizza it had so much sauce on it when I picked up the pizza the toppings just fell off it was so sloppy and barely even baked in the middle from so much sauce being on.... I am very disappointed in pizza hut
Just ordered pizza rn the boxes were COVERED in grease and smashes in. And I ordered pepperoni pizza not just plain cheese so this order was pretty much a bust.
I ordered the 12.99 dinner box pepperoni lovers and paid 3.00....there were barely 3 pepperoni on each slice of pizza...the breadsticks were beyond coated with seasonings we could bot eat them...and the sauce for the breadsticks was not even half filled..EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AS A 12.99 DINNER BOX WITH AN ORDER OF CINNABONS WAS ALMOST 27.00 PLUS. 4.00 TIP?
I ordered delivery for a pizza, some breadsticks, pasta and wings...I will be honest and say everything BUT the pizza was good.The pizza is really the main point of frustration and brought down the full experience...the problem? No sauce on the thing. After the second slice I knew something was off not only because of how thin the slices were, but after taking a bite and examining it I realized the slice had little to no actual sauce on it making it more like a dry piece of cardboard covered in cheese than a actual pizza.
The worst ever. Completely messed up my order, then delivered me cold soggy food 2 hours later, refused a refund, over charged, and the manager was Completely disrespectful.
The pan pizza was great and the pepperoni on the hand tossed were burnt to a perfect crisp. Just the way we like it.
