Never been here before..subs were excellent..fries were really good and the fresh squeezed lemonade..wow..employees were very friendly..price wasn't bad..would rather eat here than at subway...
First and foremost walking into the establishment you were greeted by all the workers with super super cheer and true motivation to help all customers and especially within a decent time. Amber the new GM literally went out of her way to make sure me and my Mother were happy with everything, even gave us both a complimentary cookie due to a minor error leaving out the extra fry order we had ordered. Really well ran clean and drama free establishment where the customer actually feels like they come first! Will definitely be going back and for sure recommend!! Thank you again Amber!!
Food tasted delish, except for the fries- a bit overcooked/ burnt. Service was wonderful! Cleanliness needs improvement.
Had the chicken hot sub was good. Staff was friendly and asked how my meal was after. Their fries are the best!
We went right at opening....food was hot and fresh, employees were friendly, food was served quickly, will definitely visit again if in the area!

I waited for 5 min and nobody took our order while a worker was on the phone I'm assuming with a worker that was calling off because another worker asked what his excuse of not coming in.
I ordered a cheese steak and a corned beef dagwood. They were so delicious that I kept saying to myself afterwards that those subs were made to absolute perfection. Excellent service, wonderful atmosphere, and the Best Subs!!
I normally love Penn Station. Used to eat at the one in Perrysburg all the time when I lived there. I ordered online at this branch near where I now live and was told 15 min- ok, pretty standard. No problem. When I arrived to pick up my order 25 min after ordering, I was told that my order had been given to someone else by mistake and that it would take another 6 minutes to prepare. ( an obviously new guy behind the counter didn’t really seem up to speed with his order fulfillment) The thing that most distressed me was the fact that none of the employees were wearing masks. What good does it do to sanitize the surfaces as stated in your “about” information, when we know now that Covid is spread by droplets and those preparing the food are breathing on all the food? When I questioned the girl who waited on me as to why none of the staff was masked, she told me she wasn’t vaccinated ( so now this is even worse!) so I said to her I hope you aren’t making my food and she said,”Sh-t if you don’t like it you can leave”. So I did! Very disheartened with your lack of masking policy and unprofessional attitude of staff.
Great service and good food. There was 3 great people working there the night of my visit. All very polite.
