I placed an order and had to call them back to tell them our key was locked in the car and we would be late. He said if its longer than an hour call back and they would try to make it over. My son went to get it because it was under an hour. He said it was just laying on the counter not under the heating lights. It was cold and was not even cut! When u pay a price u expect good service. This was not! I wasted my money on this place..never again!
WHY ARE SANDUSKY PRICES TWICE AS MUCH AS EVERYWHERE ELSE??? EVEN A BIG INFLATION TOWN LIKE LA CALIFORNIA PRICES ARE HALF THEN A SMALL TOWN LIKE SANDUSKY. I REMEMBER WHY NOW I NO LONGER ORDER FROM YOU GUYS. YOUR RIP OFFS

What happened to papa johns. Food was gross. I bought a ny crust pizza.it was okay. My thin crust double onion was so awful i threw it away. This is the third and last time i will go there. It had gotten so bad my husband complained and he never complains about pizza.
The atmosphere is so beautiful! Everyone treats you like family! The lady who waited on us made us feel so special! Thank you for the excellent service! We highly recommend Diana's to everyone!!!!
Stay away from this place. Ordered the new Shaqaroni and got a cheese pizza that they overcharged me for. The manager is hot garbage, refused to deliver a corrected order. STAY AWAY!
I was charged twice for a pizza at this location paid by cash but store also ran my debit card saying it didn’t go through spoke to a manager who just shoved my complaint on to corporate spent $70 on a large two topping will not visit this location again
Ordered for a team appreciation event, large order with more than 25 items. Order was accurate and arrived hot and on time.
Pizza was great. Loved the sauce, most places anymore have such bland sauce. Only thing I didn't like was going through a call center to order.
