Not a bad location. Pretty average. Found it a little odd to see a big pile of bread wrapped in bags on the floor in the dining area (might just be throwing it away, but I don’t know)Food was good and the service was about what you would expect for the hour we had arrived.
Arrived at the drive thru at about 12 minutes until closing after three other cars. When I got to order it was four minutes until closing, but I was told only salad was available even though the person in front of me had ordered a sandwich. I'm not sure if the "lack" of food was due to employees who were determined to leave immediately at close or an employer/manager who isn't willing to pay employees to clean up after the actual restaurant closing time, but either way this restaurant has lost my business for the foreseeable future. I would recommend against coming here in the last 15 minutes of business if you want to get anything beside a salad.
If I could leave half of a star I would. Went here for lunch today, ordered broccoli & cheese mac and cheese. I received 1/4 cup of macaroni in broccoli and cheese soup, and if that wasn’t disgusting enough-it was cold! $6 for that was quite disappointing. The bread that came with my order & my daughter’s salad was so hard it could chip a tooth. Definitely very unsatisfied! Overpriced & awful quality.
Food was prepared well and properly. I shouldn’t have to call and wait on hold for them to bring out my curbside order when there is an established check-in process. Only gave me 1 solitary napkin which wasn’t great as I was eating in my car.
Employees Diligently cared for the new Cedar point hires while interviews and paperwork needed done. I would definitely recommend stopping in and drinking some Hot ☕️ Tea (what I had?)
Online catering order never delivered! They never called to say they couldn’t deliver and put our order in for pickup without telling us. Terrible communication. Tried calling for over 30 minutes and nobody answered. Never order catering from Panera Bread!
The manager had my amazing daughter come in for 2 interviews leading her to believe she had a fair chance to be hired & all of a sudden he ignored her calls & as i look at their staff i see why. Not 1 person on color works at this location. I guess if your an honor student with previous work experience dont apply if your a person of color
We arrived at 10:40am, wanting lunch. Shayna waited on us and was helpful, courteous and patient even though we threw her every curve ball possible! Our lunch was ready in less than five minutes, too! Very pleased with this location.
I visited Sandusky Panera to get coffee and bagels for my coworkers and I received the most exceptional service from the drive thru worker, Syd. The service was quick and the bagels were fresh and tasty. Thank you for doing such a great job!
Very welcome and accommodating. When they got my order wrong, the girl at the window was very apologetic and understanding. She had brownish/blonde hair and her name tag said Bren. She had the sweetest smile and was very hard working.
