Service was lacking and waiter had a serious attitude. I understand that there are days you would rather jump off an active valcano than be at work; but you don't show it to customers. I have work service industry jobs and know how hard it is to deal with people sometimes, you do not however, let it show. His attitude was a serious damper to the experience

I have been to this Olive Garden before and the experience was fine, however tonight was questionable. To start, upon arrival, we waited approximately 5 minutes, until we checked to see if we should just seat ourselves. Someone seated us, and we waited approximately 20 minutes in the booth with no server. Tried the call server button on the kiosk. Multiple employees looked, but no one stopped. Went back to the front to see if someone would be able to take our orders. The hostess took our drink orders. Waited approximately another 5 minutes for our server to arrive. She took our drink orders again as we still hadn't recieved them (two waters and two coffees) they arrived and the coffee was at best lukewarm. We spoke with the manager and they made a new pot. Our meals arrived quickly, we're great and hot, but the service overall was very disappointing. The server we had was plesent, but the staff and service as a whole was some of the worst I have had in a while.

I usually have a good experience at olive garden, servers are nice, and it has an amazing atmosphere. however today that was not the case. I went with my girlfriend after a long day to get some soup and salad. Usually the service is amazing. Today was totally different, we got a server that we have never had before. her name was destany s, she was very rude from the get go. as soon as we sat down she asked if we wanted drinks from across the bar with a very rude tone, and was giving lots of attitude. then when she took our order she was again very rude, once the food got there she was very rough with putting everything down on the table/with the cheese. my girlfriend and i were not rude to her at all, and i don’t understand why she was treating us that way as she was kind and polite to other tables. this was by far my worst experience at olive garden to date.

Waited 20 minutes for them to take our order. Then waited another 35 minutes for our food. Didnt get our food and rather than tell us they ran out of lasagna and see if we wanted something different while it was being made had us sit there. And they werent that busy . We left without eating

That place was clean, the food was good, very affordable as well.I will rate 5 stars for them if they can focus on customer a bit more.

Very good. The staff was very nice. Or waitress had a 14 top roll in and still took care of us and the 14 people no problem.

we love olive garden but not this location. Our server was ok at the best. she behaved like she was doing us a big favor serving, and we had just sat down. she got our order wrong for which she apologized very unwillingly. Food was cold and the minestrone soup only had shells in it. we were so scared to ask anything or order anymore because of her attitude. Don't recommend this location.

We put our name on the wait list before we arrived. Once we arrived we were told that they are out of silverware and that it's going to be at least 10 minutes to be seated. We ordered the soup, salad, and breadsticks. The plate that they brought to the table for the salad was dirty. The silverware wrapped in the cloth napkin was wet. The salad was good but the multiple bowls chicken gnocchi soup had no chicken in it. Also the bowls were barely filled. It took a while to get a refill. After having a few bowls, we felt like we were being pushed out. As we were waiting for another bowl, the waiter asked if there is anything else he could get us like we were ready to go. He didn't seem to happy that we asked for another bowl.

This was one of the worse experiences we have had at olive garden. We're here in Ohio on my children's birthday vacation and olive garden is their favorite place. We got seated quickly but it was freezing cold inside. We asked to move by the fire place which helped very little. My daughter has a dairy allergy and she ordered the salmon and broccoli with no herb butter. And it came out with cheese or something on it. The only thing I had was soup. Which was never brought to me until I asked for it 3 different times. The Alfredo dipping sauce was separated. My sons fettuccine Alfredo noodles were cold and stuck together. So we're daughter's noodles. My minestrone soup was cold. Most of our food was cold. My daughter's salmon came out after everyone else was done eating. We had our food boxed up and our bill paid by the time her food arrived. The people in the kitchen were so loud my kids said it sounded like horses. The manager was very unpleasant. We won't be going back to this location. And we usually stop here every time we come to Ohio. It's really disappointing. We were looking forward to our dinner birthday celebration here.

We got there late and they still sat us, no problem. Our server Katie was extremely nice and very attentive. The food and drinks, especially the wine were all on par with Katie's service which, again, was exemplary. Can't wait to go back. Again.
