Ordered on my mobile app and waited outside 15 minutes after I checked in. Went inside and they didn't have it ready yet. Waited another 15 to get it because the employees were to busy talking and hanging out in the back. They asked 4 times to make a qpwc and still couldn't get them to make it. Terrible place to order plus it was dirty and no one seemed to care!
Management was awful. Had to wait 50 minutes on our food. And the Management was yelling at the employees and was rude to customers. Told me it wasn't their fault they gave our food to the car beside us. I ask for her name and she took off her name tag and wouldn't tell me her name. And told the employees not to also. So I would not recommend this McDonald's
Dining isn't open even though there's a large window sign saying 7am-7pm it's open. Drive thru personal were clueless on how to do it in an efficient manner and order. This prices at this place are jacked sky high, so unreasonable!!!!
This is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The employees are always rude. They never tell you when they are out of things. It always takes a million and a half years to even get your food and you can literally order just a drink and they will have you pulled up to a reserved spot. I absolutely hate this McDonald's.
After a long 9 hour shift I decided to drive out of my way to this location instead of stopping by the nearest store (Perkins ave) and get food for myself and my family because typically this location is more reliable for good food and service. I got 2 big Mac meals and one kids meal. Before I pulled off I felt in my bag and the top of the bags fries were hot and nice so I thought everything would be fine if I didn't check the bag before pulling off right? Wrong. I got all the way home and sat down for my meal only to find burnt, cold, nasty burger patties and cold hard fries for my meal and my daughter's kids meal and cold nuggets. I called and spoke with Nichole and she was very nice and offered a remake on my food but honestly im so disappointed with the service and food I've gotten that I'm done eating at sanduskys Mcdonald locations. I will be stopping by their location after work tomorrow expecting a refund.
Was hopeful the service would improve with new owners, but believe it or not.... It got worse. Checked my bag at the window and let them know I was missing a small fry from the bundle and two cheeseburgers. I ordered with a guy and paid a guy. Yet, he doesn't give me a receipt. Lady comes up and tells me all nasty that everything is in my bag. Then, another lady appearing to be dressed like a manager without a name tag (said her name was Emily) comes to tell me the same thing. She won't produce a receipt and tells me, while pointing her finger at me, "It's" all in there. Won't even tell me what should be in there. Tells me that if I want anything else I'll have to drive around again and order. I guess they figure they'll be fine living on tourists and treating locals so disrespectfully. I recommend driving to another town if you want McDonald's.
They actually got my whole order correct. What does this McD’s do to train their employees differently than almost every other one? Nice job team.

The drive through is lengthy, but they do usually get the order right the first time. If you are willing to wait, I would recommend this McDonalds over any other in the area.
They got my order correct. So, there's that. Service was friendly and quick. There's that too. Good job to you all.
