By far the Rudest MCD I have ever been to. Also they didn’t get my order right after charging me. Also told two different totals. Was yelled at by the drive they lady because she was irritated I told her to remove the cup of ice from my order (that was for my coffee) since they wanted to charge me for it. Then continued being rude and also crumbled up my recent before giving it to me.I told her she needs to learn some customer service skills.Awful experience 2 times in 4 days and we won’t be back.Definitely NOT recommend!
I stopped here with my family after visiting cedar point. I went through the drive through and I have to say the woman taking my order was the friendliest person. The restaurant was very busy but the line was moving very fast. I had to pull in to a spot to wait for our food and it only took them about 5 minutes to bring our food and everything was hot and fresh. The woman that brought us our food was also super nice. I have to say this is one of the best McDonalds that I have ever been to.
I arrived at this establishment with two other males and two females. The females seemed to enjoy their order, despite one of them saying they did not want any. I looked over at her box of nuggets she didn’t want and she finished them all without offering. The rest of posse ate quickly without me because I was unable to place an order on the app. Anyways, food was amazing.
Way overpriced. My normal big breakfast with hotcakes and orange juice is around $7. I was charged almost $11. Place was dirty, and could only order through a kiosk. Never again. I'll be eating on my way into town, not on the causeway.
Last week I ordered (at the drive-through) a double cheeseburger with side of mayo and four piece chicken nugget and received a double cheeseburger and a nugget box that contained three blobs of mayo (they also threw in some sachets of mayo, which was what I had expected), but NO NUGGETS... just the box-o-mayo. Who does this?! I have tried to contact the office, number on the receipt, several times but have received no response. It will be very easy for me to never go to this McDonald's again. Do not recommend, UGH!
Friendly average McDonalds with good natured workers. We ordered breakfast items from there twice and wasn't disappointed. The workers were chipper and happy and seem to be on point. I am not sure what else they could have done to make our visit better but they did a nice job with quick and easy orders.

As others have stated, this place is filthy on the inside and the prices are nearly double those of most McDonalds location (a large drink cost $1.99 as compared to $1 everywhere else). The staff were polite enough and being able to dine in is a nice touch since most locations don't offer this any more. It's a great place to charge your phone after being at Cedar Point.
Very polite employees. Got a 10 piece nugget and one of the staff placed all 10 nuggets in the box, they were lined up perfectly. I have never seen this before. It was bery busy and there was no wait time. Food was fresh.
Been here 5 times not once did they mess up on order of a family of 8 we're on vacation and I swear got to give these works a 10 bees all over them by window takes orders get them out fast I would say go here if u going ceider point 100
