This was the best experience I had at this McDonald's. I didn't get the lady's name(black very short blonde hair) that brought our food out but she was great!
The food from this location looked, felt and tasted like it was under a heat lamp all day. Biting into it felt like biting into a water soaked sponge. It did not taste good at all. This place is only good if you are desperate and can't find the nearby Burger king that serves food that is 1000 times better.
all we ordered was two sweet teas, one uncut and one not. and a sandwhich. the sweet teas were not differentiated as to which had more sweetener, so we asked. both tasted too sweet. dont know why they lied after having a chance to come clean.
I have come here a few times after a very long shift with my service truck due to the size, I’m unable to fit through the drive through, every time the staff is friendly and willing to accommodate.
3rd shift just plain lazy af , rude entitled punks wouldn't know manners even if they were raised right never gets a order correct and only doing bundles at 3 am wtf don't waste yer time never going to that store again
This is the third time i came through this establishment and all three times my sandwich was wrong. This is not ok. I mean if you cant keep up with the demand and make it correct then dont work on the line. Also the manager was very rude and and huve attitude. I wont be coming here anymore. Just like in baseball.....3 times your out.
Terrible came back 3 times for the most simple order and never got wat I paid for after paying 15 dollars for 2 hamburgers n a fry n a drink
They never make simple requests orders correctly. Sometimes we grab food from McDonald's for the convenience of not having to cook and its sad everytime we go to this location they can never give us our order correctly. How do you order something with only Mac sauce pickle and lettuce and get charged for adding those toppings and get only ketchup and you forget one out of two orders of fries if I could give 0 stars to this location I would.
Drive thru lady was impatient the 1st time we went there. The 2nd time she was super nice. Not sure if it was the same person or not, but holy cow what a difference.
Horrible horrible! I don’t know why I even go ! I order 4 piece nugget get a box of Mac sauce On my lunch . I call back obviously at work can’t go back , supposedly the lady wrote my name down. Everyone does not eat unhealthy food everyday so I go today 4 days later to retrieve money, comp on my kids breakfast or refund and both managers act like I was pressed and was trying to finesse them out of 4 piece meal as if I were making it up! They are a joke ! Who lies about getting a box of Mac sauce ????? So now since I can’t prove I purchased a 4 piece the weirdos wouldn’t accommodate me! Gosomewhere else these ladies are a joke! All I could do is laugh to keep from cussing them out!! I won’t be back ! Always horrible service!! Such a shame!
