We Dropped $60 on marcos today.6/2/2022 Zach the delivery driver had our food all jacked up. The i open my pizza and it wasn't even cut. My brothers sub was supposed to have pepperoni and no tomatoes but had tomatoes and no pepperoni. Then i ordered a Bruno steak sub to take for my lunch and it was loaded with onions. I hate onions and what makes it even worse the sub doesn't even have onions on it on there own menu. So they cant even make the item the way there menu even list it on there website. Looks like well be going to there next door neighbor Pizza Hut from here on out. Oh yeah weve also had this happen twice in the past where its contactless delivery and our food was left on our neighbors back porch only to be found the following morning. Then when we called and ask where they delivered our food because it wasnt here they got an attitude about it i live in a brick house even put that on the instructions and yet they deliver it to this guys house trailer on monroe street. It cant be that hard were the only house on our street let alone its even brick and not a house trailer.
Missing garlic sauce for pizza and iceing for cinnamon bites , delivery driver was amazing but the store needs to make sure their giving their drivers everything for the order in the boxes ,second time I've ordered and been missing diping sauce

Actually terrible, I’ve scrolled through the reviews the owner has not gave proper reasoning as to why their delivery service is so poor. I ordered my pizzas at 6:50 and it’s currently 9:50. No pizzas. The estimate time was at 9:29. I was shocked as to why it took so long. I understand that they may be understaffed due to the Holidays and COVID-19, but this is unacceptable. I’ve also took my time to call the store. Called them for 30 minutes and no response. Don’t waste your time.
Called in a pizza & wings order in today. Placed order at 415 waited 45 minutes I called back in at 505 pm . Person on the phone stated had to deliver to Kalahari first. I live 2 minutes away from the SANDUSKY Ohio Marcos. Horrible customer service, now I know why we been using Pizza Hut instead of Marcos. Poor management poor employees . They never even apologized for the mix up or the tardiness of delivering the order. Don't repeat Do not order from this Marcos location. 1 hr 10 minutes and still no delivery.Pizza was finally delivered @ 530 pm , 2 LG one with pepperoni Xtra cheese , one cheese was supposed to be sausage so wrong toppings on one both looked like No extra cheese. I went to the Marcos web site and completed a survey about my horrible experience.one
I absolutely love❤ this store!! I'm a long time customer (as they are mine and my kids' favorite) ..Well ... They accidentally forgot a pizza in our order and gave us the wrong pizza and when I called the girl on the phone ( not sure her name) offered to remake BOTH of our pizzas and give us cinnastixs, which she didn't have to do, and was super nice and understanding. I know everywhere is hurting for employees right now but I commend them an a wonderful job with the employees they have and superior customer service!! Way to go Guys!! I'll definitely be ordering again soon!! ??
This is the fastest delivery pizza I’ve ever had that was actually good. Order was delivered in less than 30 minutes, and was delicious.

Waited an hour total for pizzas I could see through the front window were ready. Waiting behind 4 cars that ordered their pizza after me. Won't answer the phone. Won't open the front for pickup. Rude staff. Husband said not again and I agree.Thanks. I did and received a response.
