We went on Sunday June 19th and we had to wait for a table which is fine. We ended up sitting at the counter. I didn't find our server to be very pleasant. Maybe she was new. She tried giving us someone else's order than we got our fries but no burgers. We waited over 30 mins when we received our check but still no burgers at that point we were told they were behind on them another 15 20 mins later still no burgers. Meanwhile several families that sat down after us had already eaten and left. We asked them to remove them from our check and left and got food elsewhere. Servers should inform customers if menu items are delayed. Worst experience by far ever at a Johnny Rockets.
After a LOOONG day riding rides, we decided to have dinner at Johnny Rockets before our drive back to Michigan. Brooklyn was our waitress and did an excellent job. We were given strawberry shakes as part of the health care worker appreciation promotion. In addition, the food was delicious and came out fast. Brooklyn kept our glasses full, and even the souvenir Cedar Point cups were refilled. The food was excellent, Brooklyn was outstanding.
refused to letme sit inside i. the ir said cause of covid yet he was notwearing a mask and most employees were not wearing them right either wore them on their chins or under their nose so i got throw. outside into the hot heat it sucked. the food wasn't much better the bun was way bigger than the ity bity burger. rude staff
The service is CONSISTENTLY getting worse! They had more than half of the restaurant empty yet 60 purple waiting outside for a table on an hour wait... the food is decent but the service is deplorable!

So twice I was treated disrespectfully by the host. I lodged a complaint to 2 employees that then came back and offered me free food etc. I refused. I only wanted to be treated with respect and kindness The 2nd time I went in and was seated at the counter; Zack was my waiter, he was especially friendly and polite. The hostess however was just as rude as before! There were no people sitting next to me, so I placed my bags and stuffed animal next to me. The hostess came over asked if they were mine, to which I did say yes. She then proceeded to hand me my stuff saying that she needed this stool at the counter for others. What others?! It sat empty for another 20 minutes before anyone came to sit. They didn't even sit in the stool! She kept asking me if I was done too. Sorry Cedar Pint but your employee was rude and disrespectful!!
The Johnny Rockets at Cedar Point wins the award for slow confused service. There were four of us. We ordered chicken fingers, bacon cheese fries,regular fries and a double cheddar bacon cheeseburger. Everything came out except the burger. After 20 minutes it came out.I asked for the manager and she told me that that was acceptable. Johnny Rockets CRASHED and BURNED in my book.
After waiting about 20mins to get in,the buns was cold on the burger, they bring the fries out before hand beware no lids or straws for your drinks,over all a waste of money
Always great but I have learned my lesson....order a shake first...like an appetizer ...then order food later so that you get to enjoy both at the same time. Our cheeseburgers and fries came right out....no shakes..nothing to drink...couldn't find our waitress, someone else brought the food, we didn't have water or anything. Finally grabbed a busboy and he brought us water halfway through our meal. 15 minutes after we finished our food..our shakes arrived and not delivered by our waitress. This is the 2nd time this has happened at Johnny Rockets I love their shakes n burgers...so I will go again when I come across one but will order shake first.
