ordered JJ on 4/19 at 11:22am when I started my hour lunch, finally at 12:06pm called to see where my food was. A female told me that my food was on its way. 20 mins later (after my lunch was done) I got me food. I called them and the guy who answered the phone said he was a manager but refused to give his name, said there was nothing he could do and also said it was against company policy to give his name out. I asked to talk to the female that worked there Kayla is her name and he said she was busy (doubt it). I said I wanted a refund on at least my meal because I didn't get to eat it. They refused but offered a $10 credit, I said fine. It is now 3 days later and still nothing in my account. the employees there are very rude and they should stop saying they are Freaky Fast. I understand being busy but having to wait that long and no apology or anything is NOT a way to run a business!!
0 rating, working 12s with girls at work we ordered from here online for delivery. money was taken from accounts food never came.. and when we called they sent us on goose chase to get everything figured. which it never was and they never refunded our money back and never got our food. the manager was so rude was yelling and hung up on me.
The blonde woman working there was very rude and standoffish. Must not care about her job, definitely wont be back.
Freaky fast
Milan ave location was terrible in their customer service. My order was not fulfilled as ordered online. I don't think the "manager" could read the receipt correctly as she was reading off the order modifications for my daughter's sandwich where mine was the one poorly made. Food is always good I will give them that. However when they say fast delivery DO NOT believe it!!!! 3 times now I have ordered and waited well over 1 1/2 hours!!!

Jimmy John’s is usually on point, not the case with this location. Front counter order taker was subpar and sandwich making staff was careless and standoffish. Luckily won’t be back to this location.
