The rooms were nice. Just needed to be stocked with supplies better. More blankets and a coffee pot with pods. Better Directions on each floor to help you find your room easier. Also more places for people who like to have a cigarette here and there. Some of your best customers have been courteous people who have smoked there 40 or more years. Please don't discriminate. Show some respect for all of us. Thank You.

Nice area with plenty of activities for families. Check-in happened way later than 4pm..more around 6-ish. The reason is probably typical for these times... "short staffed"...Beds were clean and mattresses were comfortable. Balcony is a nice addition. It would be nice to have had some coffee maker and coffee in the room + some bottled water in the rooms fridge like it's usually provided oversees. Plenty of lounging areas outside; nice views. Would also be nice to have some chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Overall a nice place for those who live in Ohio and are looking for a quick and close getaway.

Room was not ready at check in. We were told to wait until we received a text with our room number. 2 hours later we were finally able to unload after driving all day. Clerk at the desk was talking too fast to be understood and when we asked her to slow down I think she actually started talking faster! For as much as this resort costs I expect much better service!

Great resort hotel at Cedar Point. Good package deals, so check them out. Beach was a bit difficult to access due to the way the sand is racked. Had deep ruts all the way to the water. Easy walk to the rides. Nice resteraunts inside resort and coffee shop too. Great indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs. Very clean rooms. Parking close too. Very enjoyable time overall.

We had a couple different situations come up that the staff took care of with a smile right away.We found the little bar to be delightful and the bartenders engaging and knowledgeable. The place will be crawling with kids so be ready for that! The fireplace parties looked amazing.

I have been at this hotel before and had a great experience so decided to come back with my family. Based on this last experience I will never be back again. I checked in at 2pm and did not get a room until 6pm even though check-in was at 4. We were not able to change for a dinner reservation and when we complained were just told "you'll get a text when you're room is ready". I expect this for a $100 a night room but definitely not for a $400 a night room. Completely unacceptable!

The room we had, a party of 5, felt quite small even though we had a suite. The bathroom was tiny with little to no room from the toilet into the shower. The tub would not drain and by the time one was done there was a good sized puddle which just grew with the showers. The restaurants all closed crazy dummy early. So if you had the munchies late night you have to drive off the property quite a distance. The staff were all quite friendly throughout my stay there. And the location was superb! While my stay there was subpar at best it was still worth walking 5 minutes to get to Cedar Point.

Great Beach Front Property. Great Location. Beautiful lake views. Windy at times. Happening place with great choice of eateries. Comfortable rooms and lovely staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Housekeeping staff was very helpfull and accomodating.

After two stays at this property in September and October 2021, I have determined this hotel is overpriced for the quality of accommodations. Pros: -Can't beat the location. < 3 minite walk into the park. -The outdoor amenities are nice, including the two pools and fire pit. -There was ample parking available -The rotunda area is relaxing -The guest rooms were clean Cons: -The rooms are basic and on par with a Comfort Inn. On the first stay, the room was in the section built in 2017- it did not look this way. There was painted-over mold on the room ceiling, the bathroom was tiny and did not have an exhaust fan, and the sleeper chair was the equivalent to a prison bed. The room on the second stay was ij the older section with a larger bathroom (which surprisingly had an exhaust fan). Mattresses on both stays were uncomfortable and sunk in. -Covid-19 housekeeping protocols were not clearly communicated on both stays. Towel exchange consisted of waiting in the long check-in line and rooms were not cleaned during the stay. -The checkin process was chaotic and took 40 minutes. The checkin staff on the first visit acted like we were the first guests to ever check in. For example, the reservation clearly stated we have purchased four 2-day tickets. However, there was a 10-minute deliberation by the hotel staff of if we purchased tickets... -We never received a text when the room was ready. The key cards became deactivated multiple times during the stay. Cedar Point needs to invest in a more robust reservation and checkin system. Some of the cons above could be overlooked if the room rates were not $325+ per night. It seems like the upkeep of the resort has fallen to the wayside after its overhaul 5-7 years ago. While the location can't be beat, if you are looking for 4-star accommodations, you will be disappointed. Both experiences I had in 2021 were 2-stars for quality, with an additional star for the ideal location. I hope Cedar Fair can pull it together and improve the quality of accommodations and guest experience. Otherwise, please consider outsourcing day-to-day operations to a legitimate hotel operator.

The hotel in inside cedar point, It is very big. The room was so clean there was not even one spec of anything on the carpet and i could walk barefoot. The bedswere great! So comfy we slept a bit more than we wanted. its right beside the park entrance or there people who give you a ride in a cart they pedal which was neat. free internet and free parking. has a TGI Friday’s & a Perkins Restaurant. theres is a Starbucks. there was a noce bar but it was pricey $27 for 2 drinks with the tip. The room with the balcony was great but it is all screened in because there are lots of bugs from the lake so theres bug crap all over the screens but better then having the bugs on you. next time i wont pay extra for a lakefront room because of that i will get a balcony room facing the park and maybe there will be less bugs. There was no coffee maker! they expect you to wait in a huge line at Starbucks or Perkins for coffee i guess. no free coffee in the lobby either. i would recommend bringing a couple mugs, some instant coffee and some creamer that don't need the fridge then you can just microwave the water in the cup and stir in the coffee, better than going without. at night there was a big party on the beach it was pretty neat and there was a man playing. guitar. put back on the deck also. we loved the beach! it is very clean and it doesn't get deep u less you go way far out. there were indoor and outdoor pools we didn't use but we did love the huge hot tub. there was security and we felt safe, i was too old for cedar point so next time i am going for the hotel and not the park. it was. girls trip and my daughter and i cant wait to go back next year. there was. nice gift shop we enjoyed. there was no fan in the bathroom by since the tub and toilet were in a separate room it was ok then you step out and theres a sink and mirror there with a fan. i talked to a man who said he had been to Disney world resort hotels and the hotel breakers measured up to being the same. lots of nice free toiletries. there was. huge fire pit out there with benches and i saw no one smoke as some have said. there was a safe, luggage rack, ironing board and iron, micro fridge as well. ice, achines were always full. a chair to set in with ottoman. very expensive but i cannot wait to go back!
