Food was good what I could get the cook staff at this restaurant is obviously prejudice against larger people. For example the man who distributed the steaks gave smaller folks bigger pieces of steaks and my self and two other large people there was Givin little pieces..... I definitely think something needs to be done with the way customers are treated here especially since it's suppose to be an all you can eat buffet
This was the best Golden Corral I've ever been in! Place looked clean, food tasted fresh and delicious- im talking about EVERY item. Our waitress was also awesome! Only complaint was that the cashier that handled our payment up front on 06/17/22 around 7 pm/ dinner time was terrible. She did not greet customers, she was talking to someone on the side while customers are coming in so she would just automatically tell customers the cost of buffet, then get their payments and drinks. She did not say thank you to each one. Almost didn't even wanna go in because of it, but was very hungry. She needs retrained or fired, or you'll lose people.
We were delighted to find a Golden Corral still operating, and it did not disappoint. We had a large family gathering & nine of us went there. The steak, ribs & ham were all great, and everyone had whatever they wanted. The dessert bar was a bit skimpy, and the ice cream machine was only giving vanilla, but we had a great time using the party room.
Went to eat here after coming back from Cedar Point and the food was delicious! Everything we ate was good. Will definitely be returning for this next time I come to town! Highly recommend, staff was friendly and kind!
Great price, fantastic food and our server Angel was fantastic. She has a great personality, making the whole experience fun. Which was great as this was our first time ever coming to one of these restaurants. Definitely look forward to coming back here next time we are in Sandusky.
Had to wait a half hour for cashier to ring people through. Not full house but 3 registers broke and noone could work them. Would it be too easy to use paper amd pen and take cash? When got in then food was scarce. Had 10 dirty plates at the new plate rack and one of 4 sections had about 20 fresh plates. Got 2 more dirty ones before getting a clean one. Only star goes to "waiter" who kept our drinks full and dirty plates gone quickly. Sorry but this is a NO STOP again on my list! Good luck!
This was a nicer Golden Corral that I have been to. It was well decorated with pretty Spring themed decorations and nautical ones as well. Our server was wonderful and very welcoming. It was pretty clean also. A bit expensive (we paid almost $80 with two adults and three kids).
EVERYTHING. The food was so smack, so fresh, so many options. The rolls taste just like Texas Roadhouse rolls, the steak was juicy and flavorful. The Golden corral in toledo on Alexis could never compare !
almost everything was cold today even things that they were just bringing out like it just sat in the back. The dessert section was empty of everything except marshmallows and rice crispy treats almost the whole time. twice they were out of plates (showing it was busy but still cold) and not once was there a spoon at the dessert section (as you watch kids eat ice cream with a fork).
I wish I could get my money back. I was accompanied by 4 family members.One of them was sick before leaving. I was sick later, both ends.The food here was never good to begin with and it's worse now.Places like this should be held accountable for the health of the guests that eat their food.Do not continue to keep Golden Corral in business by going there.
