Party of 6! Great service, quick and extremely friendly staff. Went in around 7:30pm and we were treated no different than if we walked in earlier in the day. (Some places get irritated when you order close to closing, which with competitions sometimes that the only option) Food was on point and correct the first time!
After a long few days at Kalahari, the kids and their friends were starving and we didn't want to spend an arm and a leg yet again so we decided on fazoli's. My husband and I hadn't been there in 2 decades so we didn't even know if they were open. We took a chance and it paid off! We scored lunch prices for all of us and they had GLUTEN FREE (we had a hard time finding gluten free at Kalahari). Missy was great helping us! She kept an endless supply of breadsticks coming and even offered to make different chicken wings if they too hot. She was great! Thank you so much Missy and we highly recommend fazolis!
EVERYTIME I visit Sandusky I LOVE to go to Fazoli's!The food is ALWAYS good!! It comes out looking like the picture and always is more than I can eat!! The workers are friendly ! This time we were taken care of by Missy! When I say Missy really took care of us! We didn't leave wanting ANYTHING! She knew the answers to our questions regarding food and taste! She didn't pressure us to upgrade but told us about making things a combo! That's important when you want a little of everything!! Customer service is so important to me, I love when workers make it priority to please the guests!! 10/10 experience forsure!!
Staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to assist my family. It's a casual fast place to have some decent spaghetti.
Ordered online for 2 adults and 4 toddlers. Arrived earlier than the quoted pick up time and I waited in the lobby. Fairly busy, but the drive thru was closed so that may have contributed. My order was ready about 10 minutes before the pick up time. Got back to the hotel and opened the sealed bags. My order was correct, but unfortunately they did not pack the bags with plastic cutlery or napkins. I would have rated 4 stars if that had been in the bag. The 5th star wasn't earned because of the poor customer service I witnessed while waiting in the lobby. Nothing outrageous, but an issue with a couple that could have been resolved easier and in a more professional manner.
They are always friendly and dona great job getting orders out fast and accurate! I have never had a bad experience there.
Honestly Fazoli‘s has some really great Italian like food (Italian like how Taco Bell is ‘Mexican’). It’s often equal to or better than Olive Garden most of the time (I do wish there was actual metal utensils though). This location specifically was pretty clean, the staff was nice, helpful, and the food was very good, especially the breadsticks. Definitely worth the stop :)
Very impressed with how clean the store was for being rush hour at lunch time and super busy. The food was hot fresh and delicious. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Thanks Missy for helping me and being so friendly!
Food is good. Like all places now need help. Could use a good cleaning.Brought me wrong order and had to wait over a half hour. Went to counter to tell them and they had forgot about it.
last time I ate here the lady that took the order was clearly high and had tons of sores. I haven't been back since.
