“Manager” is extremely unprofessional and has the audacity to yell at customers when her own staff has no idea how to preform their duties and the customer is patiently trying to help the untrained staff. When customers have to do your job, and you get mad at them for it just because they want to get their order and go- you might need to reevaluate your career choice. Wouldn’t go here if it was the only drive through food place in the entire world.
Ordered a cappuccino it was black coffee...ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was like a small dollap of it on there so took it back manager said the cream cheese melted so she made a new bagel and than gave me a side of cream cheese so I opened my new bagel and there was no cream cheese like it melted less than a minute... so either I'm going crazy or they are not putting anything on the bagels......
We waited 15 minutes to get donut holes that were stale and had one strip of glaze, chai tea that was gross, lady at drive-thru was confused, and workers were on their phones. We would have asked to get our money back, but we were unsure if they know how to do it.
Average wait time for a cup of coffee is 10-20 minutes. It’s generally the wrong thing and/or cold. This is based on three trips since opening.
They couldn't take my order because they had three Door Dash orders. God forbid they'd actually have to work.
This drive thru experience was just absolutely absurd. The girl taking our order was very confused. After she finally got everything correct we finally got our food. First off, we got the wrong donuts. One of the sandwiches had cheese on it, except the cheese was still in the plastic packaging. As seen in the pictures, we ordered a hot chocolate but instead got dirty water. For your own sake, do not go here. Definitely ruined my morning :/
Absolutely love their Blueberry Oat Milk Iced coffee ?Donuts ? are Amazing ?Hot Chocolate or a Mocha is good for a cold day
The manager, not sure her name, is very rude and she doesnt know how to make a simple iced coffee.
