Garbage location. Waited in line for 40 minutes before finally pulling up to the drive-thru window. Ordered a plain bagel with nothing on it for my friend, and they gave me a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. Not sure how you screw that up, but a 40 minute wait to get my order screwed up was horrible.

The selection of muffins and bagels were none. The doughnuts were good . Salez person was unsure of self

The only reason I give one star is because the drink was good. Everything was discombobulated and only 1 staff member seemed to care. My friends and I waited over 20 minutes for our orders. One of the first one’s in and last one out. They did not fill orders in order and we had to ask more than once for items to complete our order in full. 10/10 do not recommend.

The staff here is great for being busy and understaffed. I had just finished watching them handle a rush with two workers. They were still kind and pleasant. I had my hands full with toddlers who were getting cranky and she was even sweet enough to buy a donut for my kids. They asked about my day and about our vacation. Such wonderful people.

Your better off waiting in the line inside great wolf this location is a absolutely insult the the coles company line of restaurants and both dunkins in town are slow, but I'd rather go to Hayes. someone needs to get mangers and employees in there that know how to work food service fast and eficently

Just want to let everybody know if you want to stop at Dunkin' donuts do not stop at this one on a Sunday morning because the manager does not work and neither do the employees. The first time I thought it was just a bad morning after the third time I don't think I can go back

Friendly cashier, however, there were 3 workers at the drive thru window chatting while there cook is scrambling to keep up on food orders. Not to mention the 2 of the drive thru girls constantly placing there hands directly to there mouths. I was quite disgusted.

Mobile drive-thru order. Took 5-7 minutes before they would talk to me. Took another couple minutes for them to figure out my mobile order. Order was cold.My toasted sandwich had untoasted bread.I would not go to this location again.

Cashier was polite... took them all awhile to notice I was waiting to order since they were all just talking..... they didn't have very many breakfast items it was a selection of 4 items... I mean they had doughnuts but I didn't want those... but cappuccino was good... maybe next time they will have more food choices.

We used the app, which we have done on multiple occasions. We ordered 2 coffees,2 breakfast sandwiches, and 2 hash browns. They didn't start the coffees until I asked about our order after standing in the store for 5 minutes. There was only 2 other customers in the store when we arrived. We finally received our coffees after another 3-5 minutes. Then I said we also have a food order. The only semi-helpful person was obviously new. She went into the back and after several more minutes came out and said they wouldn't be able to make our food. I asked, that's what the manager said to you? She said yes. Pitiful.
