Horrible horrible horrible!!! Placed a delivery order online had a driver named Gregory that was supposed to deliver our food they texted us to tell us they were on there way we were outside on the porch lights on the entire building they marked the order as delivered & they never delivered it because it was around closing time & they were being lazy! Called & spoke with the GM & he was very very rude basically arguing with a customer saying food was delivered & it never was. He said “ my store is not ran by corporate so if you try to go through corporate everything like complaints come straight to me “

The delivery driver took a advantage of my teenage daughter I was in the shower when he got here. My daughter asked where's the money for the pizza I said all my cash is on my night stand. She grabs it all. 2 twenty dollar bills 3 five dollar bills and four one's he took it all and the bill was only 30 something. Of course nothing done about it.
We got delivery to Kalahari. after waiting for an hour and a half for the food, the Driver was supposed to meet us in the lobby but left within 10 minutes just as we were getting there, without trying to call again. now my children are screaming and we will probably have to wait another hour and a half for food. absolutely ridiculous...
Store on Perkins ave in Sandusky-customer service is awful !!!! Marked my order as COMPLETED and my order was not delivered. I wasn’t notified what’s happening and that my order will be late. I had to call to find this out. Very unprofessional! Shame on you Aaron!!! I hope you treat other customers with some dignity and respect their valuable time.
Used the Domino's App. It was easy. Pizza was hot and ready when I arrived.
We ordered from here this evening and first off the delivery driver, Pirate-Rob, is Amazing; he got our dinner to us in excellent time and has a superb personality, to say the least!However, I ordered honey BBQ / Habanero wings, they were delivered plain, they forgot to pack my coke and I have had better Taco pizza.Pirate-Rob took my wings back and had them coated and brought my coke back in record time, even though he had another delivery after mine.I give the delivery driver five stars but the establishment itself a 3If you deliver from this Dominos ask for Pirate-Rob. If something is wrong he will make it right!The inside staff needs to get it together

Pizza was cooled. They upped the delivery fee $0.50. Pizza was delivery without a heat sleeve. Worst Pizza in town. Called the manager and he called me a lier. They also did not provide a recite when asked!
