Excellent food and atmosphere! Lots of seating by the water and quick counter service. Lots of beer options and very reasonably priced food. We loved the Walleye tacos!
Here today on trip around lake. A very nice lakeside setting, we had walleye tacos, steak tacos, and cheese quesadilla. All delicious. Just a very enjoyable experience.
great hidden gem of a spot. good bar type food with perch and walleye tacos along with many other great meals. great prices and the outside seating Is fantastic on a nice day. they had live entertainment when we went in the evening. I found this during ohio bike week a short walk away ended up there 3x though the day beer was half price as the bike week event. ended my night there with the Live entertainment, that was really good btw. he was a very talented singer and the music was not to loud either. great place for an evening coattails and a nice sun set. oh and the staff were friendly helpful and food was fast. I'll definitely make this a must stop every time I'm in town from now on.
Amazing food and amazing view! Definitely worth the visit!
The view was a 5 star however that's where it ended. The order took 25 minutes to get for 2 hot dogs and fries. The fries were cold and soggy and the hot dogs were not even warm. The hot dog was huge and in general had a good taste despite not being heated thoroughly.The fries were the type that had they been hot or even warm would have been amazing but a soggy ambient fry is sad.I was so disappointed in the food here that we went and got a huge Tofts ice cream which made it all better.
The walleye taco was delicious. The scenery was Lake Erie and the roller coasters of Cedar Point. The service was prompt. I highly recommend the Dockside Cafe.

A fantastic place to eat before you head into downtown Sandusky. The line gets long but everyone seems to love it anyway. Live music almost everyday.
First visit. Fantastic views of Lake Erie. Great service !! Very good food & drinks.Walleye tacos & chicken quesadillas .. House Sangria & Catawba Island Mango Habanero on tap. Stunning sunset over the lake. We will definitely return !!!
