Worst meal EVER! They should be ashamed to serve such low quality meat. Got the Grilled chicken sandwich. Took one bite.. Couldn't eat anymore. Couldn't bite through all the gristle!! Dairy Queen. You owe me a refund. Message me for my address. You have ruined it for all DQs because I will NEVER subject myself to another s***ty meal at any DQ ever again unless you make it right!! Gross!!
Service was extremely slow for ice cream. But the food (ice cream) was good. They even turned the blizzard upside down for the test!
It was good but took long when they were not busy.
Did not know that it was open..but the food was better than the DQ in Huron...and the employees were great!
Love this place. Great burgers and ice cream. And the staff was very nice!
Horrible customer service. We arrived at 8:50 pm for drive through (the only thing ever open) They close at 9pm. We were greeted by a employee in the drive through line with a big orange cone making people leave because they close at 9. There was plenty of time to get our order in by 9. Tried go Saturday night as well and they had several orange cones in drive through not letting people enter once again before closing. Looks like your establishment doesn’t want any business. Maybe instead of having your employees standing out with cones they should be inside working to get the cars through
So I'll start by saying the ice cream/treats are fantastic but the actual food items are sub-par. If you are looking to curb your hunger it will do but anything more than that you will sadly be let down.
The brownie blizzard was the best thing I've ever tasted in my life. Burgers were good too.
I would not eat any kind of meals here unless your here just for Ice CreamKindly asked by saying please if I can extra 5 BBQ sauce with my Children Strips meal and they reply need to pay .50 each unlike McDonald's they just give you extra nicely without charging extra.Left here un-happy with less then what I wanted but food was good and staff we're friendly.Lunch (9/5/2021)
Perfect for when leaving Cedar Point, food was great and drive thru progressed nicely. Will be back next time at the park.
