Worst meal I’ve ever had from a Chipotle. Chicken was awful, first time I’ve ever thrown a full Chipotle meal away.
This is the dirtiest, nastiest Chipotle I have ever been to in my life . The food service area was disgusting with chunks of chicken in the queso. The girl working there was slow as Moses and rude. They were out of a lot of food and the line was insane . They had chips , but only for online orders. We were so excited that there was a Chipotle in Sandusky to hit up after CP, and sadly we will not be returning .
This chipotle is the most poorly run restaurant I have ever witnessed. They are always out of at least one major ingredient, always understaffed, and will give you undercooked rice, chips, and anything else they don't feel like actually finishing. if you try to avoid the insane in person wait times here, the online order will give you less than half portions and you end up not getting any food. Even in person they will give insultingly small amounts to avoid restocking or just making more freaking food. I get that food service isn't where every one wants to be but it seems like this restaurant just really doesn't want to do even the bare minimum. I've watched one staff member take 20 minutes to serve two people while other staff members watched or played on their phones. Went in at night (over an hour before close) and they declined to cook or put out more chicken, steak, or anything they ran out of. It seems like there is always an excuse for them to turn away customers (cash only, online order only, completely out of most meats, grills down, etc.) It's just so poorly managed and not worth the hassle. The food is good in the 1/20 times they manage to both have what you want and cook it correctly. I've worked in food service and understand the work sucks sometimes, but it's still not an excuse to just not do it.
This place is a joke. Do not go here, they are short staffed. Lines are long. Service sucks. Ordered online the other day went to pick up my meal. And was told I could get in line for my food or call a number for a refund. Was on the phone for 30 minutes, my whole lunch. Went back today to redeem my credit, and they didn't have half of the food ready. I will not be going back.
Terrible experience! Out of this, out of that, out of pepper's no one working at all cares, no apologies for anything being out, and in top of all that NO LETTUCE, but if you order online you can get lettuce, from the same exact location, it just gets made at a prep table 15 ft away that has lettuce. THEY WOULD NOT LET US GRT A SIDE OF LETTUCE, AND MADE US CANCEL OUR IN STORE ORDER AND WANTED US TO GO OUTSIDE AND ORDER THE SAME FOOD, JUST TO GET LETTUCE, after waiting in line to order for a good 15 mins when they simply could have walked 5ft and got lettuce for our tacos. Dumbest ?I've ever seen in my life
This place is a joke. I placed on line order at 7pm to pick up at 7:30. I finally got the order at 8:42. They ran out of chips and Lettuce. They offered a telephone number to call for a refund. I paid before getting my food, you can refund my money at the store. The staff was not worries about dirty dishes being thrown all over the place. The management and direction of employees were non existent. If you want GREAT CHIPOTLE GO TO FREMONT, You will thank me later.
Pick up time was 12:00, got the food at 12:40. There were 18 people waiting in line to pick up their orders. Workers were just chatting and listening to music with no sense of urgency. EVERYONE in line has had enough…
So it's like your basic everyday Chipotle nothing special or over the top. The crew was nice they didn't seem rude like you would get at a regular chain fast food place. The line moved quickly. I enjoyed my veggie bowl. I would recommend this place. I do not recommend ordering vonline and picking up though I would be there in person to make your order
I've gotten undercooked rice at least twice from this location and they pretty much gave me half a portion of food
This place sucks!!! 18 people in line, 1 server making bowls. 2 people cooking & 3 people making phone orders. Took 40 minute to get my food. The Pasty beans looked awful. No fajita, No burrito shells, No guacamole. They did have 1 guy fiddling on his phone while other people are working. Shouldn't have had to paid half price for what I got.
