The staff here is very friendly and inviting. This really makes a difference in the experience. Hopefully they keep it up, as it’s very rare to get good service and friendly smiling faces nowadays.Also… drinks are strong ?? ?
Host was Lauren she was absolutely great! Made all six of my kids feel special!!! Casey was training and being very kind and following everything Jarvis did! He is a great trainer as well!!! Had to wait because of being short staffed and we know the struggle in our own business! We are customers who work the other side! You guys killed it!!! Food was beyond great! Everything tasted fantastic! All seven of us enjoyed everything! All the chicken and sea food was cooked great! Corn was beyond great we had two! Al on the kids said the blue fizz was banging, all of our drinks were tasty!!!! It was soooooo good! All the kids said it was some of the best food they ever had! Truly appreciate the kind ness and patience of your staff! Going out with six kids has been an adventure this week! Super worth the wait! Also I think it’s great you have people wait so your staff doesn’t get over loaded to many business care about how much they are bringing in by the hour, but they don’t realize the impact on service and quality it makes! Y’all are killing it for real!! We will be driving the hour in a half just to eat here again!! Loveddddd it!
My god where do I begin? First of all, we were not waited on for the first 15 minutes of our visit. Finally, the manager came and got our drink orders. We ordered the special advertized $5 drink. They claimed that they did not have one of the ingredients. We stated that was fine, and they could add anything in its replacement. The manager was very rude to us and did not use any manners. We got our drinks and appetisers after and did not receive straws, silverware or napkins. We had to ask and at first we received 1 set for a table of 4. We got bottomless chips and only got one, when we visibly needed more. Our actual server was very rude and also did not use any manners. We sat there with empty drinks almost our whole visit. We had to ask for our bills after being not attended to. We were charged for an extra soup, and the drinks were charged as a more expensive drink. The soup was taken off, but then we were argued with about the drink. We wanted the one ingredient changed, but he insisted we just got a different, more expensive drink. I am extremely disappointed in the service at this chillis.
If I am in this area again, I would never done in this restaurantWe were enjoying ourselves. The food was good and the atmosphere had great energy. UNTIL!!!My husband order a another drink, because his first one was so good! A bar server came to our table with a drink. It didn't look like the original drink he ordered. She was kind of confused, because he said he didn't want it. He wanted the drink he originally ordered. She said, ok let me go see! THEN the bartender came over with attitude. He said, this is the same drink you order!!! I just accidentally put strawberry puree in it that caused it to change colors.Then we were like, then it's not the same drink as we originally ordered, now is it????? And my husband declined the drink! The bartender became irate with us. He told my husband fine don't take it, go make the drink yourself and walked away.We asked for the manager! He was nice and calm. We explained the situation and our waitress backed our story. She's was in shock as well with his actions.Of course we didn't pay for the drink that wasn't prepared correctly and he comped the first drink.For his employee causing a scene at our table ruining our dining experience our meal should have been comped. We didn't press the issue, we paid the bill but will never return.
Usually when we come here, it's excellent. I'm not sure what changed, but today the service was exceptionally slow. As a party of 2, we waited 45 minutes to be seated. People kept coming out, but no one was being seated. Several people turned around and went somewhere else. Once seated, another 10 minutes or so passed, and we were finally able to order. Food and drinks were excellent, fortunately. Though my shrimp tacos were cold.
We love going to chilis ! The food is amazing and the service usually is always great. It took us and hour and 40 minutes for us to get or food. The restaurant was not that busy. We have been there many many times and have never had it take as long as it did that night. We had to take it to go.
Came here to grab someDinner with the kids , and it was all around bad …. As soon as we walked through the door we waited for like 10min till someone even acknowledged we were standing there . (Restaurant was empty ) maybe 2 tables . We got sat got our drinks , waitress took our order , but I noticed the manager talking to her In a way I did not care for . I couldn’t hear what was being said but body language says a lot . Food was horrible . Noodles were soggy , chicken was not good , steak was notGood . Just over all a horrible experience . We will never be back .
Excellent service! Appetizers and dinner and dessert was exceptional! We showed up late with kids and was treated no different. We will be back! Thanks again!
The service was great, the food was trash. I've eaten at Chili's plenty of times and this wasn't a good eating experience at all. To top it off we had expired ketchup on our table. My mom kept saying "this isn't Heinz, they must have put a generic one in here." My sister and I tasted it. It was Heinz, it was just old Heinz. The waitress brought us a new ketchup bottle and the ketchup from the new bottle was a totally different color and everything. Unfortunately I've tasted expired ketchup before, from my own kitchen and so has my sister. We know expired ketchup when we taste it. The barbeque sauce was weird. Tasted more like cocktail sauce and ketchup mixed to me. I didn't like the taste, nor did my mom or nephew. I'm so glad I didn't order the barbecue. What I did order was the shrimp fajitas. There was no seasoning on anything, but I was hungry so I ate it. It was 5pm and I hadn't eaten since 9am. I was eating whatever I got, regardless. My daughter enjoyed her mini cheeseburger kids meal, no complaints. She ate it all and was still hungry (I should have gotten her an adult meal... She's 8 if anyone wants to know age). The kid's meal was 2 sliders, for whatever reason I thought there would be 3. Either way, no complaints there.
Nice place. Food was great, portions were huge, and the appetizers were phenomenal. However, the waitress didn't seem all that happy to see us, the use of mirrors in the restaurants decor was off-putting, and the food took a long time to arrive to our table (it was worth it, though). Will return some day.
