this place was great. good food, VERY pleasant staff. it was nice seeing a fast food manager really working with the other staff and actually bringing out the food to the tables himself whilst being respectful to the people. once again, food was really good!
I love chick fil a. Food is always good! No matter which one I go to. But I asked to make sure sauce was going to be on sandwiche and they said yes but wasn't. It wasn't even in the bag. I had to ask for it at the window after I checked my order.
I hit this Chick-fil-A on the way to cedar point. Like almost every other chick-fil-a, this one was perfect in every way. The cashiers were friendly, service was fast, food came out quickly, and was quite good. Visiting here was, as they say, my pleasure.
It's the people! Food is a bonus, especially if the wait staff are not kind. But I swear the kindness does help make food taste even better regardless and the chic places I've been are coming in hot on both. Keep shining the light of the Lord our God! It's noticed!
Some of the nicest people I've ever talked to treated me and my wife with great respect. The place is perfectly clean every employee what's courteous and doing their jobs. We definitely will be back. Whoever the manager there is should be proud of the team they have. After my 4th visit I still feel the same what a great bunch of people
Wonderful people! This morning a bird crapped on my window right where I have to put my arm! ? I asked for napkins and the girl at the window gave me some. When she seen what I was doing not only did she bring me sanitizer wipes for my window and hands after the yuck was cleaned up she handed me a bag to throw the nasty stuff away and threw the bag out for me! Then handed me more wipes to make sure we where set!! It was a pleasure to get breakfast this morning, especially with such a gracious window person!!! Ty so much for ur kindness this morning!!!
It absolutely makes my day every time I come in. I have a super complicated order and the staff always does it willingly and with a smile. I eat here almost everyday because the food is wonderful and the staff makes me feel genuinely welcomed as a customer. Great work guys! :)
I absolutely love the Chick-fil-A in Sandusky. The food is always good and the employees are always friendly.
Went at 9:00 and it was still good and hot. Fries usually are kind of soggy to me at chick fil a but last two times there the were actually kind of crisp and hot ?
Great menu with great attitude. Quick, prompt counter service in a clean comfy environment. Very crowded when I went, so you better be ready to wait.
