Picked up a 12 inch Hot Wing and Cheddar Pizza after work - $14.29. Great balance among the dough, crust, sauce, and toppings. I might be a little off about this, but I seemed to taste a little richness somewhere in it. Enjoyed the pizza and it lived up to the numerous recommendations that I’ve received for it.
We have eaten here anytime that we travel to Sandusky and visit Cedar Point. We have never been disappointed. We ate here twice this past week.A. Anytime we have gotten the buffet everything has tasted top quality.B. Every pizza we have ordered off the menu has been great.C. Save room for the PB&J pizza. You are probably scratching your head about it like I was at first but I promise you won't regret ordering it!
I was excited to try the pizza here because I had seen quite a lot of positive reviews and several videos about the restaurant. The positives are that the restaurant was well staffed, very clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately the food was not very good. The pizza was not very flavorful and reminded me very much of franchise pizza buffets where the flavor is lacking along with the freshness. The thing that somewhat baffled me is that the Buffay was very busy so the fact that the pizza didn’t really taste fresh and had very little flavor with almost no sauce and very little cheese and it kind of dried up texture that I found confusing. I literally watched them bring out fresh pizza. However it didn’t taste fresh it tasted old. It just wasn’t very impressive and it certainly didn’t live up to its positive reputation in my mind. I think it would be OK for kids whose standards are pretty low but if you actually like pizza you should go elsewhere. Overall I was terribly disappointed which is unfortunate because this is obviously a place that is well loved by the community and it is also obvious that as a business this restaurant supports its community. I simply can’t get past the fact that it’s main offering was lackluster at best.

I did not like the pizza here. Poor quality and not much better than frozen pizza. The combo Appetizer had 3 tiny wings. The Mozarella Sticks and potatoe skins were just ok. Not impressed.
We just had my sister in laws wedding shower. They did such an amazing job. Great food, friendly bartender, and service that was perfect. I highly recommend this pizza joint for your next party.
Ordered a carryout while in town, the pizza and breadsticks were very good, and the price was reasonable. I wish I lived closer, because this looks like a great place to watch Michigan beat Ohio St. Would def recommend this place to anyone for night out with the family, or to stop in for a game.
Under new ownership. Same good pizza and atmosphere. Kids love going here and are sometimes bummed when the rice crispy treats are gone but make up for it be eating the pudding at the salad bar. The cinnamon roll pizza is the best!
Under new ownership but the same great food and same great vibe. Pizza sauce has improved. Very attentive staff. Friendly and fast service. We ordered the California Lakers pizza and a make your own with mushroom, pepperoni and pineapple. YUM! I was too busy enjoying myself to take pictures. Trust me it’s delicious. Probably one of the best if not the best pizza spot in Sandusky. Reasonably priced too.
The pizza is probably great for kids but if you are looking for a good pie, go elsewhere. Very salty with very little cheese and sauce. We got pepperoni and it was that thin-sliced stiff that cups up. We were not at all satisfied with it at all.
