Usually their pizza is pretty good, but I ordered tonight and it was terrible. The crust wasn’t formed correctly and it wasn’t cooked thoroughly so it was soggy and almost inedible. Very disappointed.
Just ordered a pizza the kid told me 30 minutes showed up in 25 and said he never got an oder. I thought maybe I called the wrong location and called back, same place same kid. He looked hi as a kite so he must have forgot to make it. 6:30 pm on 7-18-22 thanks for wasting 30 minutes of drive time bruh.
Garbage customer service.Store advertises a hot and ready pizza. At 2pm on a Sunday I stand at the counter where an employee is standing behind the register.Employee is pressing buttons on register so I assume he’s doing something. Several minutes pass (enough that my wife uses the restroom and gets a drink from the c-store)I finally speak up and ask the employee if he was waiting for something on the register to load. (Because of his constant fidgeting with it). He responds no. I then ask if he’s going to wait on me and he said “I don’t know”. So I asked for a hot and ready pizza and the cashier responded “no”. So we left. What a waste of time and terrible experience.
They did great on our huge order and helped us save a few bucks. Trusten was very pleasant. Definitely will come back when in the area.

terrible customer service order on dec 3 order was completely messed up girl manager said they would bring back money or credit account got account credited order this evening on the 4th could get no one to answer phone a male finely answered phone said he nvr heard of such thing was very rude short said he was getting a manager and left me on hold for 15 mins wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. delivery guy was great and helpful

Picked up my pizza and it was the wrong pizzas and called back no answer cause they were closing.. disappointed and won’t go there again. Not the same service as the Sandusky location.
The pizza rocks! Friendly staff! Lots of TVs to watch football. We will definitely be back for another pizza soon!
