Place has no clue what customer service is. I will never return and they don’t care. Spend your money elsewhere…I came a long way to visit family and we couldn’t even sit together because they “can’t put tables together.” There were plenty of places in the restaurant to accommodate our party, but they made no attempt. When I asked to talk to someone about it, our waitress told us that the manager was too “busy” to talk to me. Cool.Food took forever and is overpriced. Stay away.
3-3 of the orders were either incorrect or not placed. I understand that there is a staffing shortage everywhere, but we were only 1 of 4 tables in the restaurant on a slow Wednesday afternoon. Also, found it upsetting when the waitress orders and essentially up charges us for different food we didn’t want. Bdubbs are a dime a dozen, plenty of different and better options in the surrounding area.
We waited a about an hour for our food to be given it room temperature. Asked for fresh cauliflower wings since they werent warm and Sent back nachos with cold chicken on them (well they just brought a new tray) and there was 2 tiny little pieces of chicken on this tray. The reason for sending it back was the chicken was cold. And we got no chicken on the warm one. I tried to be patient but this is just ridiculous.Attached the photo of the nachos with cold chicken still left as we were leaving and what was left of the tray that was supposed to be the fresh one.
4 of us arrived. We ordered beers and an appetizer. Approximately 10 minutes later we had to ask when our beers were coming (and it was not busy). After that, the service was a little better. 3 more of us arrived and we ordered another appetizer and more drinks. Wr had advised the waitress that we had a digital coupon for a free appetizer that was not taken off the bill. I asked about it and the manager came to the table and asked for the phone with the coupon on it. He had left and when he came back` she looked at it and said that we had to order 2 appetizers. When it was pointed out that we had, she then said that their system did not accept the coupon, Instead of doing the right PR thing and adjusting the bill, she just said that she couldn't. 7 locals with a $160 plus tip bill and she could not do any PR due to their system not uploading the coupon. That is now 7 people and their families that will not be returning. If you have a coupon or expect any good service or PR, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.I did as they requested and took the time to go online and fill out there form. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! On 5-9-2022, I received an email thanking me and indicating it would be 3-5 business days for a response. It is now 5-23-2022 and no additional contact. It appears that Corporate's service is as bad as the restaurant's service.
Server was not very nice, was dirty dirty floors and carpets plus put our table right next to a garbage can when I asked for a booth she completely ignored me, we ate in but got an order to go and she forgot to put it in so we had to wait another 20 minutes after we were done to wait for it for our son to eat when he got home. And I didn't eat but 2 bites of my meal and she never asked if something was wrong, just glad my husband would eat it later at home after air frying it so was hot. Very disappointed
I always get so much food to go and they always get my order right! When I go in and eat everyone is so nice and even when they are really busy the food still comes out at a very decent time! Great wings.
this place deserves more than a 3.9 overall rating. the food is awesome and is fairly quick for how busy they always are. i’ve always had good quality wings and fries everytime i go out to eat there. 10/10 would recommend
It took forever to be seated and my family and I were the only ones waiting. There also wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant. When the hostess on her phone finally came out of the kitchen for us to be seated, she acted like we were a burden. The waitress who waited on us did not clean up our appetizer dishes that we placed at the end of the table until after we paid. She also did not check to see if we needed refills or to ask if our food was fine after she brought it to us. Definitely not a great experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location.
It took us about 20 minutes to get our chicken wings & fries, but once we got them they were excellent. Fries were a little cold, but wings were hot. Great service from waitress.
Our bartender, Devin, was not anything short of AMAZING! you could just tell the customers he was serving were beaming with joy from his quick foot, fast pours and witty humor! What a doll! We can't wait to come back and see him! oh and the wings too-SUPERB!
