Food wasn't that great waitress/Barmaid on the slow side, I don't recommend this place. Maybe years ago it was hopping place, not anymore, it just needs updating.....
If possible, I'd give less than 1 star.Our total take out order was over $63 and the wings were inedible. One order of wings was barely cooked, one over cooked, little to no sauce, or dripping with grease. I immediately called and was told that a full refund would be waiting for me the next time I visited Sandusky. I offered to bring the food back, but was told that was unnecessary. Needless to say, when it came time to get the money refunded, I called and was told the manager would have never agreed to that and they do not refund money.Terrible food and terrible customer service.

We have gone twice, each time worse than the last. Service was a joke, staff was more interested in socializing than making sure we had a drinks and food. The bartender repeated back one of our drinks, and made it with the completely wrong alcohol. I understand lax on a uniform but coming in to work in sweatpants and a hoodie looking like you crawled out of bed 5 min before your shift is lacking serious professionalism. The food was mediocre at the very most. The fried food came out like they hadn't changed the fryer oil in months and the oil itself was burnt. For what it was, I could have made better cheaper at home in my own fryer. I'm usually pretty forgiving considering the circumstances of recent times, but we will never suggest this place to anyone, and doubt we'll give it another try. Waste of a date night.

VERY POOR SERVICE!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED Was seated after walking in the hostess was kinda rude... after we get our table we waited almost 20 minutes before we got up and left!!! No one asked for drinks or anything not even an acknowledgement that we were even seated at a table... several workers including adjacent table servers said anything so we left hope your best wings in town get eaten by someone because it won't be us!!!
I only get my wings from the brass pelican! Since 2009, highly recommend. Great staff and great service! A+
Service is crazy slow. Seems like it could use some help in organizing staff as well as smiling once in a while. Its not an easy job I get it. The food is great. Individually the waitresses are fine. It shouldnt take 45 mins to get waited on when the place isnt packed.
