ordered the steak and shrimp.Good food and my server Mercedes did a spectacular job, If you are the manager at this location make sure to give her a shoutout for a job well done!?
Today is June 13,2022. Me and my husband went to Bob Evans for dinner, could not see there to enjoy our meal because it was freezing in the Restaurant. They had the air conditioner turned up way to high , I asked the waitress and manager if they could please turn it down some .But nothing happen I will not go back to this place , to eat I do not know about you . But when I go out to dinner I do not want to go somewhere where it's way to cold I. The place to where you can't enjoy your food ,because your freezing.
We were in a time crunch to make it to a game and this location was complete overwhelmed with huge parties. However the management took over and got us seated in a very timely manner and our server was fast, efficient, and great. I would highly recommend
This had to be worst Bob Evans I have ever visited. I ordered curbside pickup a pot roast dinner and 7 turkey and dressing dinners and a sausage gravy bowl for me, my boyfriend, our unborn baby, and my 8 cats. I noticed there was a yellow tint instead of a brown tint covering my mashed potatoes and the odor was absolutely atrocious. My dinner party at Kalahari Resorts was ruined. The hostess refused to use the manager card to discount my food. I also seen the manager handling food and eating without washing his hands. Absolutely terrible never again
The Sandusky Bob Evans was the worst one I ever visited. The waitress brought drinks and food but never returned to refill our water. When I was asked at the register how was your experience here today I told her the waitress never returned to refill drinks or to check on table. She completely ignored me like she really didn’t want a response back. If your looking for a breakfast place I suggest you go elsewhere

Absolutely the slowest Bob Evans I’ve ever ate at. This is my third visit since mid January and each visit has been a less than desirable experience. We stand… waiting to be sat with empty tables in view. Five employees behind the counter. Nobody says “we’ll be right with you”, nothing. They truly ignored us. After what seemed to be a while but realistically was 5-8 minutes. One of the five behind the counterturned out to be the manager. He asked if we had been helped yet? I thought you stood there the whole time. You know we haven’t been helped yet. I could go on about this visit but simply put I’d find somewhere else to eat. If it’s this bad in the off season I can’t imagine how bad it must be when Cedar Point opens for the season. One more thing, the employees were working the entire time. My observations each of my three visits is simply poor management. The managers seemed to be hands off. They could have bussed tables, helped cook or helped seat people. All the excuses we we’re given could have been remedied by the managers jumping in.
My son and I went there again yesterday and had lunch and it was a wonderful meal served by wonderful Waitstaff. Once again we give this Bob Evans the five-star rating.
Food was great but we didn't receive all of it. Normally, large orders are carefully picked. $80 worth of food to feed my group n several things were missing, including our dessert. Hopefully future orders will b more closely checked. But, the lady was polite when we picked up our order.
Quick service. Food was great and kids appreciated being able to order lunch at breakfast.
