The food was great! We had a large group and the food was still hot when we got it! Everything was delicious! Service was on point! Sean and another guy(can’t remember his name) had excellent service! Most of our family dined in both evenings that we were there. We will be back on our next trip!
Amazing milkshakes and food. I ordered the B-Lux burger both times I went (twice), and a Banana peanut butter shake the first time, and a strawberry shortcake shake the second. Each time I went it was delicious.Wonderful atmosphere, and design with it all. I also really appreciate our waiter Robyn, she was amazing and she was so kind and really seemed like she liked her job.My only complaint was how my strawberry shortcake shake did not look like how it did in the pictures. It didn’t look as tall, and didn’t come with strawberries on it and cheesecake crust. It’s a small complaint rlly so I’m leaving the review at 5 stars. Don’t miss out on this place!
food was good. everything was a bit overpriced but you're paying for the convenience. kids loved the wings. husband got one of the burgers and I had soup and salad. service was good also.
Our server elzie pronounced lz, was attentive, but not very knowledgeable. We were both disappointed in the beer cheese on our tots it was bland. After our appetizer was on the table our wait for food was an additional 45 minutes. Overall the word to describe our dining experience was bland. We were disappointed in the quality especially since everything was so overpriced.
We were there this weekend for Showstopper competition. We went and grabbed dinner there. We were sat quickly. The server We had I believe his name was Dakota was great!! I have been a manager in a restaurant and it takes a bit for someone to stand out. He was attentive and followed up often. He had a great personality. The food came out hot and was delicious. Thank you for a great meal!
Very Good Food - Even though it is inside Kalahari Waterpark! Would recommend this for sure. Even when the park was very busy... this restaurant provided a quiet retreat for the family to enjoy a meal.. and unwind... before the drive home.
I would like to give it zero stars but that’s not possible, so they get a one. The burgers are $17 each, let me say that again. I mean okay, it’s expected at a resort. But at least make them worth it. They are truly comparable to a cafeteria burger. Every single burger we ordered was burnt on top of it. We eat our meal simply because we were STARVING after swimming and there isn’t many dining options. Save your money, or go to McDonald’s- their burgers are even better and more flavor.
Ordered 6 burgers, medium, however they were all burnt on the outside. My son had to have a burger put on Texas toast because all the buns have egg and he is allergic. The bottom was charcoal black. They were “too busy” to take my call regarding the issues. Very disappointed.
Food was tasty but it was cold and you could tell it had been sitting a while before it came out. The place wasn't really that busy at the time and we only had a table of 3, so I'm not sure what happened there. Waiter was friendly but not on top of refills. For the price, I'd expect better all around.
The service was great, food tasted good but was luke warm. The pretzel was huge and great!
