We waited in a line clear out to Main St. Took quite a while to even order. The staff was friendly though, which made it a little better. When I finally got our food and took it home it was all wrong. This has happened several times at Wendy's ( like, the last 4 times ) ! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I normally do this but, considering how long I waited I didn't want to stay any longer than I had to.
Friendly staff and delicious food
Staff courteous. Food: Fresh salad. Hot sandwich. Dining room and men's room very clean and comfortable. Two problems: Diet soda drinks were out. Clerk didn't get order correct so had to go back to get bacon for bacon classic. Both issues resolved quickly and cheerfully
Best Wendy's in the BURG. Hence why the line always touches main st. The employees are usually always upbeat and friendly. Which is a plus when this location is always busy, they still can push out hot fresh food.
Fantastic service and my cheeseburger and fries were hot and fresh. The staff was wonderful especially how busy they were at the window.
The lunch team is AWESOME!! The food is always perfect and hot. The service is always top notch. I just had a young man ask me if I wanted the natural lemonade or the minute lemonade. This is the first time anyone has ever asked- which I didn't know they had options. Those little details and attention to details is why this Wendy's is the BEST in Ohio!!(I travel daily and visit many cities) Great job and keep up your GREATNESS!!
I asked for two spicy sandwiches, dropped fresh and not only did they oblige me, but the energy and atmosphere was a welcomed change of pace. They were knocking out the line of customers in the drive thru, motivated by the manager or MOD, being friendly with everyone they interacted with inside and out, and my order was accurate. Best Wendy's since the original downtown.
We were able to order 3 baked potatoes (sour cream and chives) even late! Great that they kept them stocked all day long.

The employees at this location working night shift on11-19-21 around 9:30:10 p.m were completely unprofessional and severely lacked customer service. Music blasting from inside the restaurant literally did NOT get anything right in my order. Food is trash and the employees customer service was trash. Never again
