The cook didn’t seem very happy.. and wasn’t a very customer service oriented person. but, I thought maybe it’s the end of the night and am Memorial Day.. he just wanna get home perhaps that’s all it is. Most people like to get at least say hello when someone is making your food at least you know if you want them to make your food or to go somewhere else. I gave it the benefit of the doubt.. because I haven’t ate all day work hard all day etc. The young lady was OK seem like she just went to go home. I can understand that but at the end of the day the food made me feel very sick. So I wonder did they do something to the food? Because all I had to eat was waffle House.. long hours no stop to eat. so, it was no other food in my stomach. Memorial Monday night.5/30/22.???
The experience was very good! The manager was great and the waitress was fast with service. The food was pretty good. Everyone enjoyed their meals.Excellent experience.
The hashbrown bowl was delicious as usual! I added onions, mushrooms, and sausage gravy.
The employees are always such a joy to be around and the food is always great!
Big shout to our waiter Terry. Great service! Table was clean. The food was fast, except for our sausage patties, and 100% correct. Kudos to the whole staff and management for a great restaurant. Keep up the great work.
I'm a Waffle House Regular - I live nearby - I enjoy Waffle House on a weekly basis - but this particular location has had issues with service in my experience. There's another on Brice Rd about 2 miles away - I usually eat there.
Sketchy location.Hell they had an Armed guard with the place locked after midnight
Waffle House #495 off Brice I highly recommend.Great Service ! Great TeamWork. Our waitress Jhene (hope I spelled her name right) was so kind and courteous. She made sure our order was right and we were not in need of anything. Also theres nothing like team work. Her and the cook worked very well together. Had our food out in no time. Thanks you guys and keep up the great work
