The server who waited on me was Cass and she provided me with the best customer service Iv had in a long while. My coffee cup was never empty, she was always checking in on me to make sure everything was good and I was happy with my meal. To top it all off, today is Mother’s Day and she is in here workin her butt off with a smile on her face. Thanks for the great service Cass! You’re a rockstar!
Stopped in the afternoon for takeout for a family of five. There were 2 people sitting at the counter when I got there and they left soon after I ordered, so the store was not busy in the least. It took them 20+ minutes to prepare the order, the cook said he remade the sausage because he burnt it, he said the bacon was a bit crispy, and they almost forgot to make the waffles. When I got home and unboxed the food, the bacon was absolutely inedible (burnt way beyond "crispy"), the hash browns were burnt into a brick that you couldn't even bite into, the omelet was way overdone, and there was NO SAUSAGE anywhere! The cook even told me he had remade it! Ugh! I'll never go to this location again. $44 meal and much of it went into the trash! Only really good thing was the waffles. No one answered the phone when we tried to call and tell them about the poor food quality.Do yourself a favor and go to the other location down the street, south of the freeway. The only reason I didn't go to that one was because they were closed temporarily since their refrigerator was being replaced. It has always been great in the past.
Wonderful service for my breakfast visit this cold winter morning. My scattered and extra crispy hashbrowns were prepared perfectly the first time. Usually, the cook doesn't make them crispy enough. Adam, the waiter, brought everything to the table as ordered. His upbeat and enthusiastic approach made the atmosphere delightful.
It took us longer to order than it took to bring us food. Great place to eat. Friendly staff and delicious waffles.
I usually go at the end of 3rd shift experience may vary widely depending on who's working But if the chef name cat is working your food is gonna be awesome

I'm a Waffle House Regular - I live nearby - I enjoy Waffle House on a weekly basis - but this particular location has had issues with service in my experience. There's another on Brice Rd about 2 miles away - I usually eat there.
Sketchy location.Hell they had an Armed guard with the place locked after midnight
