They stole my money... I placed an order in the app. When I got there, 3 minutes later, they were closed. The hours said they should be open and the app was still open for making a purchase. I can't get anyone at the store to answer the phone and no one at the store or corporate will get back to me or refund my money. ?
The customer service was good. The young lady that gave me my drink order was kind enough to let me know that they were out of regular tops for the cup that she gave me. The cup was clean on the outside and the drink was made well.I ordered the avocado on toast. It was made well but I barely got a smear of the avocado on the toast. It didn't look like a tablespoon of avocado. For $3.99 I really expected more.
One star because you have to in order to leave a review.It was our first time here. It was the worst experience right from placing our order. From start to finish it was terrible. Order was wrong, the “team” was rude and food was wrong. The only person with customer service was the guy in the back making the sandwiches. He has the personality to operate the window and take orders. The other girls in the front window should get a different job If they don’t want to be polite to customers.I only leave a review when things are great. The dude making the sandwiches- thank you.
I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese muffin. No Sausage, would take 20 min. So i got bacon. When i got the sandwich, it had crumbly little bits of bacon, a a very small sliver if egg. About 1/6th normal size. I tried to got inside, not open. I had to get back in line. Took another 15+ minutes to get to speaker. I told them the problem. Another, 10 min to get to window, and with out a word, the stuffed a cup out the window to me. I asked what it was, they said your fresh egg. That is what it was just an egg, by that time cold. The entire sandwich was stone cold. No, i am sorry, or a new sandwich, just a cold "fresh" egg.Very bad food, VERY VERY bad service and EXTREMELY VERY VERY BAD management. I took a picture of the slice of egg on my sandwich, they did not care. I have to admit, my Boston Cream donut was ok, the only thing that was. Same on Tim Horton's. Will NEVER buy a sandwich there again, just donuts.
I Ordered two dozen donuts and coffee for my co-workers. Service is everything.This place was a pleasant surprise. The manager and staff were extremely nice. Love it. I'll be back. ?
This has to be the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. These people never get the order right. This place is supposed to be open till 5 but if you show up at 4:30 or after the lights will still be on but they will ignore you not take your order. The employee will then walk out at 5 this has happened multiple times. This company should hire better employees as I go to Tim Hortons at least twice a day for the past year and this is the worst one I’ve been to.
I love the hot chocolate & timbits whenever I visit Columbus.
Drive thru was very slow. Then, they were out of eggs, so they couldn't make breakfast sandwiches. I probably won't go there again.
US Timmy's is a sham. The workers were great and doing their best but Timmy's did the USA dirty... The chocolate Tim bits tasted like cigarettes.
Whenever we came to this location the server was really nice. He made our drinks correctly & it was delicious! The blend of shots combined with the drinks was on point! Keep up the great work! ??
