Went through the drive thru at 11:30 during the week and the drive thru employee was hilariously funny. I was only getting coffee and donuts for my daughter, who was with me, but the gentleman who took the order made my day with his jovial personality and jokes. Keep up the great work!
I always love going here but like other people never get the right order. It's always something is missing or the order is completely wrong ? also the workers seem like they are there to talk not really paying attention to what they are doing. Smh smh Anyways the food is good but the service isn't so good. Ok. Bye.
I honestly don't know how this location is still open. They close by 3 every day? How is this possible? Even with covid this is not how businesses work.

Horrible customer service this morning...I had ordered two croissants and two hash browns went to window to pay and they said they don't have hash browns...I said okay that's....looked in the bag and there was only one sandwich...so the manager came to window yelling no add ONS...I told her I was added on anything that there was just one sandwich I had ordered two ... everyone seemed confused.
I order here very often and I always get the same thing, but I receive the correct order about 60% of the time. It needs to be more consistent and pay more attention to what was ordered vs what was given. When they do get it right though, it’s usually good.

Inside is closed. Maybe lack of staff? 9:30 am and already out of regular cream cheese? Good service but not as good as they could be.
I had an Iced Cap on Monday and it tasted off. Almost sharp in a way but I thought maybe my taste was off so I finished it. I started feeling a little off by that evening. Next day when I went through the drive thru to get a bagel and another iced Capp I mentioned the taste to the lady at the window and she said “oh yeah, they hadn’t cleaned that machine in forever!” I literally dry heaved at the window. She offered to give me my next one free.
