My first time trying this place and my experience bad until later that day when I got sick from eating the food, I was throwing up the wings I ate all day.
Terrible experience. Online order that I placed 2 hours ahead only to get a call 5 minutes before they should be ready to cancel the order because they are out of wings. They had one job, don't run out of wings! Terrible customer service.
I have ordered from this place for the last time. My boyfriend and I have ordered from here numerous times thru Uber eats, and the receipt has the correct sauces but 90% of the time our order is not the correct sauce. I don't understand how a place can screw up the sauce when it's just laddeled on the boneless wings, hot honey mustard is not red.\\nHow hard is it to make sure the order is accurate before putting it in the bag and stapling the order on it. Not sure if its a kitchen issue, or whoever packs the order, but your poor quality control has lost any additional chances or money that I will spend in your establishment..
So this is Smokey Bones but called the Wing Experience. Yet I can order from Smokey Bones or WingX. I was confused but it's the same place not sure why there is a difference in name. Good chicken! The Korean sauce is killer! Definitely recommend eating here.
