I left my wallet here. Called and spoke to the manager who confirmed that it was there and would be put away in the office. When I came to retrieve my wallet, suddenly they “couldn’t find it”, and they took my number down and said they would call me when they get in contact with the manager who had it. A week later, no call. Called again yesterday and same story, they “couldn’t find it”, said they would get in contact with the manager who had it and call me back. Received no call back. I know that you all had my wallet at some point. Tell me what you all did with my wallet or I will be forced to escalate this.
Nobody up front to seat us. We had to seat ourselves. Both beers I was given were not cold. Not even a little condensation on the glass. The bartender didn’t even notice. The beer selection itself also left a lot to be desired. Our soft pretzels were the best part of the meal. I ordered a chicken sandwich that was overcooked and just kind of meh. The onion rings were alright.Overall, could have been worse, but it could have been a lot better.
Amazing staff! Great food! TGI’s is amazing
food was absolutely terrible.
Second time ever visiting this restaurant in my entire life. So far the best yet, steak was juicy and tender, mash was melting in my mouth with yummy cheese and chives. Let's not even forget the buttery lemon goodness the broccoli is serving ?We also made it for the $4 tequila sunrise. Man. Did my sunset nicely after my three? Will be visiting again for another dinner night.
Worst food I have had in a long time over a hour to get at 3:00 pm Had the shrimp and chicken skillet with a salad served at the same time. Shrimp had the tails on still in a cold cheese sauce not the way I would have served it. My wife had a chicken sandwich with a green tomato. I know restaurants are having a hard time right now but if I'm going to spend over $50.00 at a 20% increase on the menu I will be spending it on a better quality place then here. Will not be going back ever.
Wife ordered chicken sandwich, they send dinner. I ordered bacon cheese burger plain with side of whiskey glaze. I got a cheese burger with mustard. They took wife dinner back came back took my order back. My son dinner came out. After son ate his dinner mine came out. Never got the whiskey sauce. After I finished eating still waited for wife sandwich. We got tired of waiting after a hour +. Canceled her dinner. Wife never got to eat. Sorry no longer a TGIF Fridays fan.
This is the second time my family has been to this restaurant, the first time we were not impressed but thought it was a fluke, sadly it was not. When we entered the restaurant and was greeted by the hostess, there was as no smile or enthusiasm when she spoke, it seemed like she was being bothered and our being there was an inconvenience to her. We told her there would be 7 people in our party, you could tell immediately she was not thrilled and the eye roll she gave just solidified our first impression. We were sat down and waited several minutes for our waiter to show up, I will also note they were not busy and had less than 6 tables in the whole restaurant. When our waiter showed up we were greeted with the same lack of enthusiasm and more as an inconvenience. The food was was nothing spectacular as our appetizers were hard and over cooked. The overall experience was lacking completely, the restaurant it’s self was not very clean. I happen to notice dirt, various food and trash remnants under several tables when I went to the restroom. The ceiling was so dirty and had water spots all over the tiles where water had leaked and other tiles looked as they had 2 inches of dust on them to where they were almost a smoke gray color. This staff at this location is seriously lacking pride in their work and basic hospitality skills.
Wait was 45 mins (which I understand considering the times we're in but also frustrating). The food wasn't worth the price - daughter's sliders were hard, side salad had thick chunks of red cabbage and carrots. Our server was a sweet girl and the hostess was also very pleasant, but I won't be returning anytime soon.
Very slow service. Boneless wings were dry, tough, couldn't eat them. They were out of items like mozz sticks, but didn't say until half hour after we ordered a sampler. Definitely not worth the price. Several other restaurants in this area that are much better and cheaper. This was my first time at TGIF. Sorry to say also my last.
