If I could give negative stars I would , very rude and unprofessional staff all the time . Doesn't matter what time of day . I went there one night and they couldn't find the order and I was taking a second to make sure everything was good on my end with the customer and the boy working was extremely rude and aggressive . Saying I couldn't sit in the window even though noone was behind me , then the girl behind him came and said they found the order . So the whole time he was wrong and pointing to the ground saying I couldn't stay there and basically saying I was lying about being at the right location . Never will go here again.
Problems all the time when order for delivery. Items missing or not made properly. The pandemic & being under staffed is no excuse for bad, wrong items or missing items. Read your order screen while looking in bag to verify order is correct. Makes for return customers & non upset customers screaming at you. I don't scream just ask them to make my order correct
Don, the GM, was extremely helpful in getting us what we wanted. We dislike using the App, so he walked us through placing and customizing our order at the counter.Plus, the food was great, as always.
One of the worst fast food places in reynoldsburg . EVERY time we’ve came the customer service is absolutely terrible the girl on the head set is insanely rude and short she sounds miserable!!! They never have freezes (machine is always down) and always out of one thing or another or their system is down (which isn’t true LOL) . find employees to take orders who don’t hate their job please because no one wants to order from a place that is rude !
Apparently when you pay for chips and cheese you don't even get enough to dip your chips in. Also can't read what people order because half our food was messed up. Plus the 45 minute wait
Don’t go here!! No mild sauce but won’t tell you that. Forget if spicy foods can’t be tolerated bev messed up order multiple times in one day. Have hard tacos when soft were ordered. Ordered nacho bell grande and at the window the cornball says, “sorry we don’t have beans for the nacho bell grande is that ok?” But charging the same. Have me a free taco ticket for the bad experience LOL.

Went to the drive-thru place an order for Chipotle melts sign at the drive-thru says a dollar a piece. I was quarter the wrong price when questioned several managers said they forgot to change the sign and wouldn't honor the price. Very rude
This location is slow, does not understand basic instructions, and does not know how to follow instructions. They will put your instructions on the receipt and charge you for all changes to the order but not actually follow through with how you want the food made.
