I placed an order on the Taco Bell app. It said it would be made when I got there. Then the app updated and said it was done. I called asking about it. I was calm and courtesy and professional and the manager or employee Dave was rude and cussed at me. He then hung up on me when I tried to call back politely asking him to not hang up. He has hung up on me twice since then after just picking it up. I never received my food and have been struggling to get my refund. Highly unprofessional. Terrible service at this place. Worst in a while.
I'm diabetic and my blood sugar was low, so I went through the drive thru to get a snack to bring my levels back up. It took at least 25 minutes to get 2 tacos with my glucose level dropping lower and lower. I realize everyplace is understaffed right now and I can be patient, but 25 minutes is a long time. It's supposed to be fast food, right? If they had warned me up front that they were running a really long wait time I would've chosen to go somewhere else. They are lucky I didn't pass out in their drive thru lane. That would've totally backed everything up even more!
11:20pm and you are closed but the only way I find out is having you yell out the door. Try turing off your lights and the drive thru menu board so people don’t waste their time.
So is it weird to say it was a really fun experience ordering at the drive-thru?! Mikhail took my order and he was really professional and still exceptionally funny! Now I probably started it LOL but he was right there with me from my placing the order to me picking up at the window. We were literally laughing out loud making jokes. My order was correct, freshly made so I did wait a bit at the window but I ordered the 12 pack of tacos so I didn't mind at all. Great experience. As a side note out of the 3 Taco Bells in my area this is the furthest but the other 2 SUCK on all levels so this was my first time trying this location. I'll definitely be making the drive to them from now on.
Spent 33 dollars for missing items. My husband goes back with the full order. They gave him the run around, called the manager and "remade" the food and told my husband they were closed and he needed to leave so he couldn't check the items. He got home with LESS items, items not made properly and cold food. Couldn't get anyone on the phone. Called around to other taco bells. I would like to speak to the DM.
This place has gotten to be the WORST!The Mayor, needs to SHUT it DOWN!My family & I pulled up a female voice, came on to take our order? We asked to repeat our order! CRICKETS! We were like Hello! Same thing! So,we pulled up to the window & everything was on inside, but NO ONE INSIDE?We even tried to call!No Answer? The RUDEST & MOST UNPROFESSIONAL thing in our life!( in fast food)Actually this even happened to 3 other drive thrus we went too?WHAT is GOING ON? We will start doing buisness @REALLYs!There people, have GREAT attitudes& there, food is GREAT! THANK U RALLYS!!Taco BELL u SUCK!
This is the only taco bell I have been to that you go through the drive thru for food and they ask you to come inside of the building to get your food. I asked why and they said because the prep workers were making the food... I guess someone else handled making everyone elses food or I'm holding up the line? In warmer temps they'd ask you to also park in front of the building to wait for food.. Never had this happen at other taco bells.. very odd.
Julio and Dave are the most rude managers at any of the mystery shopped Taco Bells for corporate.Threatened to call police after 20 seconds of pulling up, they said the inside is for people that need a second to look at the menu. Also that they wouldn't call the police if I ordered inside.GM is fantastic but can't seem to find decent people, good location to see how she turns it around.
Went here 1/9/22 at 11pm, tried to order combo boxes for pickup first around 10.30pm but app said not available at location. So we went physically to place the order and asked before we ordered if there was anything they didn't have tonight, you know the most basic question someone asks a fast food chain at night time. The man on the microphone proceeded to get cocky like he's ready to quit his job and said that's not something I should be going around asking a drive through at night. Wth? Decided to drive off before a snobb messed with my food.
The COVID super spreader kiosk and the smell. That place smells horrible I wouldn't even get anything I just ordered my husband's food. He just got 4 tacos but the meat is all dried and gross looking those tacos were sitting back there for quite some time
