I got a small vanilla shake, and a carhop brought it out to me. There were only two (?) employees (one cooked?), and it took 15 minutes to get it to me. There were about five customers, including me. Now - pluses: very thick and tasty milkshake; minuses - $3.30 for a shake as small as a Wendy's small shake, and no drive through. Seems like a strange thing for this business to remain in business. However, they have exceptional ice cream, and the food is good (my friends swear by it). Thus, the good evaluation. All in all, there is no seating, no drive through, and employees only bring out your food/ice cream, and it can be more expensive that it's competition.
This used to be a great place to eat when it first opened. Today, I waited 4 minutes just to place an order at about 7p. And while I was waiting on my order I watched 4 or 5 vehicles pull in and leave.When ordering I was informed they have no large cups for shakes. And then the person taking the order didn't even put in our sides. I thonk I should have expected this kind of "service" when the peraon taking orders didn't even run or try to walk quickly.Thank goodness they have other locations that can adhere to the standards they set when opening.
Absolutely love swensons !! First discovered this in the Canton area but now it’s in my backyard and I love it. Cannot beat a galley boy and shake of any flavor.This specific location has won me over on the customer service. Thank you to the manager the other day for going above and beyond ! I will definitely be a regular here :)
Came here a couple days ago and had Chloe as our server. She had our food out fast and customer service was fantastic! We will definitely be back.
The food was good and the boy did a GREAT job running my food but you people either need to put more people on a Saturday afternoon shift or pay the runner boy double because there is absolutely no reason for that man to be running food alone on one of the busiest days of the week IM TALKING ABOUT YOU MANAGEMENT!
Today was our first time there and EXTREMELY delicious food and shakes. The coney was great and onion rings tasted freshly made.
This location has amazing workers! We were traveling from out of town & choose because of the reviews & glad that we did! Tristan was our server! He was very polite, fast & answered all our questions. We did not wait long at all for our food. We actually seen multiple cars come & go (that’s how fast the service is here)as we ate & chit chatted.
Today I was at your location on Main Street in Columbus Ohio. I was the first customer there. The waiter came and took my order 2 min later a car pulled up with 4 people. After 10 minutes 7 other cars pulled up. 15 minutes later the car that had 4 people received their food. 3 minutes after that another car received their food. I asked the waiter where my food was and he said “I’m not sure why it’s taking so long”. 3 minutes after that my food comes out. I asked for the manager and the waiter told me “they aren’t here today” I explained to him that I was waiting for 30 minutes for a burger and fries and I don’t think I should pay for this. He just looked at me and said “I’m sorry it’s $11” I told him I don’t want it anymore and gave it back. The customer service I received today was not acceptable especially being in customer service myself.
Ignore the "sweet meat" comments on other reviews. The "sweetness" is derived from the BBQ sauce and you don't have to order that on your burger. The burger was tasy and fantastic. The Cole slaw, fries, onion rings, and potato teezers were very good. Our server was prompt and helpful. Will be back.Constructive criticism: burger was messy, customers are eating in their car
Overall a decent location. Sarah is wonderful and she certainly takes care of her customers! Service was quick and easy. The freshness of their food is absolutely key to it being spectacular!
