I used to go to this shop all the time. 2 - 3 times a week, and would have rated it 4-5 stars. But there has been a major change in long time staff and attitude. I had an issue, posted it to main subway site. All i got was, sorry you had a problem. The sandwiches were not made the way they were ordered, but i was charged the way they were made. As far ad i was concerned i was cheated.

Awful Service! Half know what they are doing, touching register and oven and attempting to add veggies. Young lady hot an attitude when asked to change gloves. Refused to complete order or change gloves told other guy to finish.Then she took customer behind us and completed his order before ours. She changed gloves to complete the other customer order but not ours.Fired!!

I absolutely love how i can come in a get my order taken right away. i would like to thank lula as call her for getting me in and out when i arrive

Waited in line for nearly 10 minutes and no one came to help me. I walked out and went elsewhere.

Staff seems friendly but service is slow.

Service was faster but it seems the man that was there I assume the owner was annoyed by his worker helping me with options. Every time I said what I wanted on the subs (3) after every condiment he’d ask anything else? As if I was wasting his time. I said heavy onion on one he sprinkled it. I said I asked for heavy onion he displayed his hand towards it. I know what I asked for it that wasn’t it.Finally it came to getting my receipt and me and my husband were discussing if we wanting extra anything. He asked receipt yes or no? Just one big rushing experience.

I always order my subs online and they're always done right and done early. I work a block away and happily eat here 2-3 times a week.

I just ordered a veggie sub and it was super soggy :(. I order this sub all the time from different subways and it has never been soggy and mushy so I don't know what they could've done. Its almost inedible. I've made it halfway through and am starting to feel nauseous. I would think it would be common sense to add more spinach if there is nothing else on it other than a few different veggies. It would've been nice to have been able to specify that but I checked on grubhub, ubereats and doordash and the ability to add comments was removed. It was there about 10 minutes earlier because I had made my order without placing it so that I could look at what other options I had as far as restaurants. Also, I tried calling 4 times and no one answered. Thats super unprofessional. So yea, I don't recommend this subway. Especially if you're ordering online.
