Very rude Manger she made my tuna sub with hard bread at 1150am Friday 4/15/22 I was on my lunch break I traveled 15 minutes away and had To travel 15 minutes back to have them remake the sandwich and when I got in there to exchange my sandwich she actually took the sandwich and squeeze it and said " that's not hard bread to me"told me @that's what happened when you take a 1/2 hour to eat it I explained to her that I worked 15 minutes away 15 minutes back 15 minutes back that was the half hour so there's no way bread be hard that fast. Manger said I'll give you your money back that I can't do nothing else for you I just requested fresher bread and she said I cannot give you fresh and gave me half my money back Then I told her I wanted all of my money back and she said what's wrong with the cookie I was like you are rude never will I go back there again a waste of gas smh
Worst subway that I had so far. Get there and was told they didn't have certain breads only bread they had was wheat and wraps so I said ok I can get a steak wrap. The workers makes the wrap. One of the workers cashed us out and I asked him about my subway points card and he looked at me and said what's that? Ok so I swiped it and went ahead and paid. The dinning area was really nasty looking. The sub was by far not good. It tasted like it was day old food reheated.

This location is a hit and miss. Depends on whose working that will determine the quality of your food.. Sometimes they are out of the bread i want. So, why dont u make some more? If its still early, u can throw a few loaves in and make a few customers happy but some of these kids now days don't want to do the extra that will get them to the next level. Sad really... You'd rather play on your phones in between customers... I used to work at subway many years ago and i loved working there. I made sure every customer was happy and that they would always come back. I would always bake fresh cookies and put them on top the display area so the smell would attract everyone to buy a bunch. Its all in presentation and customer satisfaction people
