I was waiting a while in the drive thru line today- and the woman is front of me seemed to be taking a long time- and being rude to the employees. When it was my turn, the employee that helped me was very apologetic and thanked me for my patience. I really appreciated her kindness especially right after dealing with a difficult customer. Then she told me my drink was on them. Great service. Thank you!
My daughter loves their acai strawberry drink. It's basically super sweet flavored lemonade to me. We go through the drive thru at least once a week. I have to say that every single employee that we have encountered, at 8 in the morning, has been super pleasant and friendly! Whereas I am not a fan of Starbucks I am a fan of great customer service and it's not easy to find. Thank your wonderful employees for being so pleasant!
Go to Blacklick store 7 days a week. Spend lots of money since 2008. Know everyone. My favorite way to start every day. The ppl are like a family to me. They are hard workers as well! Going to continue until I die.

My favorite Starbucks in the Reynoldsburg area. Always open, very friendly baristas, and great coffee.
This Starbucks makes great drinks and has great service everytime but sadly they are one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. So I only come here if the line is short or if I have time to wait.

I went through the drive-thru and got two drinks it took a little bit BUT the girl Carley who was at the window was so nice and she made my day!
