I'm happy, I don't have to just choose one Starbucks to go to, because all of them have phenomenal customer service and this is another Starbucks that I can add to the list. A caramel macchiato extra caramel and extra shot of espresso is always tasty and made perfectly to my taste. The cup is always clean and the lid is not dripping with caramel sauce. Even know the line maybe long sometimes it is worth the wait because of your phenomenal services, no matter whom has served me. Thanks for serving me and the community with excellent and outstanding services. You Rock??♀️ ??????
Saturday 3/423 8:00 am I went to this location to get me breakfast. I pull the door just for some lady to confront with some unreasonable objections to letting me in. She told me that I have to go through the drive through to get served she said because their location is only opened to drive through. Meanwhile there were two folks seated right before my eyes drinking and eating breakfast, when I asked how that was happening yet I cannot be let in she replied those folks got in before.I also asked how come but she just told me that there is no letting me.I didn’t think she was reasonable and I do not appreciate the denial. I thought maybe not getting my breakfast from this place would be ideal so I drive away.If this was pandemic related She didn’t have a mask on neither and about 3 in 5 people do not respect the mask wear policy either.. plus the mask mandate has been updated as late as a week ago . What I’m I missing here?
Ordered from Starbucks on Tussing Rd in Columbus, Ohio and the experience was horrible they made the wrong drink & expected me to take re-made the drink still wrong I didn’t have the energy to have it made again frozen drink not properly mixed (yuck!). The lady serving was really dry & seemed like she shouldn’t be at the drive thru window she kept looking at me as if I made the mistake, it around 6-7pm when I ordered so not closing time. Will not return to this location EVER!!!
I came through the drive through for a Chai tea latte, Venti with 2 extra pumps added to the tea. I received a Carmel macchiato. I drove all the way back, only to receive a Chai tea that now had 2 pumps of chai, therefore it was horrible! I wasn't coming back and honestly I would like my money back please and thank you!

Previously I left a good review but the last two times I have been here the young man taking my order who was very friendly has gotten it wrong both times I first ordered a Venti peppermint mocha frappe and I was given a peppermint mocha hot drink but on my app I received the stars for a frappe so I know I ordered correctly.. The manager Kaitlyn was kind enough to give me a replacement —but today I come I wait 20 minutes and order three drinks, one grande caramel iced coffee and two iced sugar cookie almond milk for a pace and I was charged for sugar cookie lattes . yesterday when I came and got the same frappe they made it with no questions and today they asked me was it cream or frappe-based like I knew the answer well they made it frappe-based I assume and it just taste like straight coffee it’s just getting to be a waste of my time and money it’s not hard to just listen to my order the first time because he had already had them make the lattes before I could correct them. There either needs to be more training or something because literally I say in my order correctly and it’s raining incorrectly half of the time I come..
Consistent hard-working group at this location. Only pop in this one few times a year and always know it's going to be quality!
