They do a great job on the drinks here and are very nice!
Always so nice and if they get the order wrong, or if you have a long wait they're super friendly, apologize for the wait, and kindly give you the correct drink. Everyone makes mistakes, long lines are inevitable, but it's the response from the employees that matters!! These folks are wonderful!!!
Ordered a toffee nut latte. $6 for a cup of hot milk. And I tipped you! This was the last straw for me. Starbucks quality has consistently gone down hill over the last couple years and I haven’t gotten a single latte that actually taste like coffee in a long time. Sick of wasting my money on this place, but I had a gift card so I tried it again. I will go to porters or 5bean from now on.
My chai tea latte was just as I ordered it. It was very good. And a barista was very pleasant.
Always have a good experience at Starbucks! If you cant decide on a drink ask the Barista- they know the ingredients and can help!
