The first time I came I ordered the the hot wings and fries. They were the BOMB! I knew what to expect on the customer service based off the reviews so I had low expectations. But the food was great and the service was good as well. Now the second time, ??♀️ I got the hot wings and the fries. They didn't have fries they had tater tots. I'm like o.k.... the wings seemed old. They definitely didn't taste as good as the first ones and the tater tots.. well tater tots??♀️As far as the service this time.. I called first. Then I knocked on the door .the lady asked ..did you try calling? I said yes. She sarcastically said well the phone was right beside me.. and I didn't hear it. As if to say I lied about calling??♀️I showed her that I did. She gave me my food. And I left.
I had a blast!Can't wait to go back!Food was great,so was the music.
Love the food and the people. You may have to wait but it is well worth it. Call ahead about 30 minutes and you will be just fine. For those that complain about wait time and busy signals,, just remember the only reason you are waiting is because the food is good. Cudos to the owner and staff!

Had this place twice food was good. I called to place a order today and was left on hold for 20 minutes until the call dropped. Called back for the next 15 minutes because line was busy and once I got through to someone she asked for my name on the order and then told me the kitchen was closed (called a whole hour and 30 minutes before they closed). I told her I was on hold for 20 min waiting to order and she told me she didn’t take my call (yes she did.) and told me again the kitchen was closed and hung up on me. No matter how good the food is I will never continue to go somewhere if the staff is rude. Very unprofessional and I won’t be eating here again.
New to the area and someone recommended this place. Me and my boyfriend drove there to notice that it was carry out only, I even called and asked and they confirmed carry out only and that we could not enter the restaurant, which is fine. We went back to sit in the car to order food and noticed about 3 people walk right into the restaurant and not come out, two of those people were standing outside of the door as we were. So they were only letting certain people in to dine in? Horrible business strategy.
What a great experience it was eating well prepared and very tasteful food. It was cooked to my liking as well as being very well priced. If you're looking for family owned and down home cooking this is the place to come. They don't have in-house dining right now but who needs it when you're eating good food that can be eaten anywhere. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of all items served and can give you good recommendations. Establishment is easily seen from Road with wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Whenever I'm in Columbus this is a necessary stop for my taste buds...
I’m visiting from out of town I was referred by a local barber. The phone just rings busy so I decided to pull up I get there and a lady comes back out and says that you have to call I told her the line has been ringing busy for 30 minutes, she said “I have one line just keep calling. I continued to call for another 20 minutes. I placed my order and waited another hour for my food. Everyone did not understand the process in which this restaurant was running under maybe they need to post a sign and definitely hire a new waitress she was rude to everyone who approached her! I know because I say her for almost 2 hours. What happened to value your customers?!?! This lady needs to get a pen and paper and take orders don’t leave your customers outside. I will be filing a formal complaint my guess she’s probably the owner but I could be wrong. She was so mean to the customers. Who is the owner???The food was very good!!! 5 stars but the service was horrible because of the waitress behavior towards the customers.
Great food!!! But let me say this, if you’re going to have a carryout/pick up option there needs to be two lines or multiple people to help accommodate the capacity of orders that you receive. There should not be a single reason that I’m told “25 minutes to pick up, call when you arrive” and I’m calling for an additional 25 minutes just to get through for someone to bring my food out which is now cold. Mind you on this particular day as I’m looking through the window making the call for my food to be brought out, I see an individual(s) sitting at the bar being served drinks and the bar is “closed.” I should be served better service.Love the salmon though ❤️ PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM. I’m sure I’m not the only complaint.Thanks
I love the food here but the service has really took a fall. Especially since the pandemic. The white lady that comes to the door is rude. I just seen her in a argument with some angry customer today and she was very rude. I called over 45 times before I saw a gentleman hop the fence and just walk in. There were people in the bar being served. But it was supposed to be closed. Once I finally got my food 45mins later it was cold. I really don’t wanna stop supporting the SC. Good memories at that bar..
