This place is awesome! I love the pleasant atmosphere! The servers are very respectful, attentive and elegant. They have music played on which is very awesome and the food is everything!! Very fresh and different levels of spicy!! We had vegetable samosas for appetizers, Momos, Chaumin, Sekuwa. However, pretty much everything on the menu taste much better than what they look. I am not sure why some people have rated this lower.I am a repeat customer here and have never been disappointed. If you are looking for authentic Nepali taste, this is probably the best spot in Columbus region.
We got biryani for a company event and it was a huge success! Everyone loved it and we got a lot of people to try Nepali food for the first time! Highly recommended!
Worst quality food I have ever had in my entire life yet overpriced. I literally had flies in my food. the momo was old and tasted very unpleasant. the choumin was very different from what i am used to and tasted bland. The butter chicken wasn't very good either. Overall, I am disappointed at the quality of food and services they provide.I will not visit this place again!!
The food that I eat here tasted disgusting, I have went to many restaurants that have bad food but this was the worst! The Momo was rancid! Food that is supposed to be spicy and savory was sweet! Achar didn’t tasted like it is one. Customer service wasn’t good, we had to ask for napkins, we even had to ask for a spoon and fork to eat the food cuz they didn’t provide one while serving the food! This restaurant is worst of all that I have been to! I would never want to go to this restaurant again! At the end I would say I HOPE they start to care about there customers need. and improve their food so that any other customer don’t have to come here to give this type of review that I am giving, Good Luck!
Great customer service, I would recommend you to visit this restaurant once .
I want to support this restaurant, but the food needs a lot of improvement. To the owners, please revitalize the food quality so I can keep coming here. And as a request, do not American-ize the samosa chaat. It had sour cream and cheese. Not appetizing.
The aloo Gobi wasn't fried just big cuts of potato and cauliflower soaking in a broth. The chicken pokara was very over fried to the point of tasting like paper (the chicken) and the crispy tasted burnt and the "chutney" was just a green liquid. The garlic Naan was chewy like a wet dough, maybe under cooked?Been sick all night after eating. Was the only food I had for the day so I know it has made me this sick. This was my treat to myself for mothers day and now today I will be too sick to enjoy with my family.I have had their food three times now. Twice I have been sick. This will be my last.
I usually never complain about food but this is actually pathetic and disgusting.. I literally ordered Chicken Thukpa for my lunch at work and this is what I got ..they packed the soup and noodles together and my all noodles got soked in soup and when I ate it at lunch there was No SOUP at all . Please do BETER packing next time .
I am not trying to sound salty on the internet, but I can’t help it after dinning at Sargam Restaurant & Bar. The food tastes like salt. It feels like they first cooked the salt and then added other ingredients later. The gas prices are high these days, but I don’t appreciate all the gas produced inside my body after eating at Sargam.
Had the worst experience there with food not ready after ordering it online. The counter staff were so rude & they didn’t even try to fix the problem. All he said was they could not find the order in the system when I was there to pick it up. Never recommend it to anyone
