Has been celiac safe for me!!! As usual- proceed with caution, but I have never had a reaction from Romeo’s pizza and I’ve probably gotten their GF pizza probably 30+ times since becoming celiac AND I’ve gotten it from multiple locations around central Ohio. I am not AS reactive as some other celiacs. I have had reactions from Dominos and Donatos GF pizza though but never Romeos. Of course, take a bite or two and wait a few hours to see if you have a reaction, but I have had luck with Romeos and essentially no other chain place…. Even Jets gave me a very mild reaction. THANK YOU ROMEOS FOR KEEPING THE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA GLUTEN FREE. Much thanks from the celiac community.
Just received my smashed ice cold pizza. I ordered garlic butter and did not receive. I ordered extra seasoning on the breadsticks and they have none. It's not even there normal beadsticks it's just a circle of cold burnt barely cut dough. What has happened to this store??? It used to be so good this food is horrible do not waste your money here!!!
Ordered a Butcher Shop pizza online. When we received the email confirmation, the order was changed to a pepperoni, jalapeno and potato pizza. I tried to call to correct and nobody answered the phone. Did not receive the order complete, missing garlic bread.
This was the first time we ordered from them. The pizza was 30 minutes late, cold, and we paid $10 for a sub with a piece of chicken only on it as well as plain, with absolutely nothing on them, wings. Paid $60 and can't get a manager nor a phone call back. Terrible customer service and we won't be coming back!!!
Burnt cold pizza, not even cut in slices correctly. Didn't even get a full 6 slices, more like 5.3. And 4 wings for $10???? Seriously?! No way these measly wings weighed half a pound. One of the wings wasn't even sauced! $22 wasted, NEVER AGAIN smh
I ordered the deep dish pizza through doordash, and can’t believe what I was sent. What you see in the pictures is uncooked pizza dough. The edges of the crust are golden brown but the rest of the dough is uncooked. It seems like they used the incorrect settings for this type of pizza. I don’t know. I am sure I will never order from them again though, as this rises to the level of actually unsafe. Luckily doordash gave me my money back. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Got the deep dish and it was worth going back for!
Mixed Reviews:Pizza: Their pizza got mixed reviews in our testing. My wife liked it. My son and I ranked it poor. Perhaps ranking it a 2 out of 10. However, I will admit, the meat toppings are generous. Taste of sauce is less than desirable.Salad: Okay, their salad is their redeeming quality. Although the lettuce is cut in chunks the size of an adult hand, the quality of the salad is 4.5 out of 5. They have several salads and each salad is very nice.If we opt to order again, it will be for salad and something like a sub. We're nixing the pizza from our future. Too many other pizza joints to choose from.In closing, they do have speedy delivery if that is important to you.
