Ordered chicken biscuit and coleslaw I had a belly ache right after. The next day I had to call off work because I was so sick. It’s been almost a full week and I’m still having bowel and gas problems. There was no line at the drive through at 5pm when everywhere else was poppin’ and now I see why, don’t eat here unless you’re ready to spend a week in misery. I had to purchase anti diarrhea medicine and adult diapers and missed two days of work costing me $350. you won’t see me coming to this location ever again
For as many people they have working there they are very slow. You might as well go through the drive thru and hope that your order is right. It's sad that you have to pay over a dollar for a biscuit when it use to be free with your chicken. There side dish is not all that good. I might as well go down the street to Canal Winchester Popeyes to get better service if I have to pay that much for my food.
RUN ! Popeyes from hell ! I waited from 9:30 am til 10:30 am because they don’t open til 10:30 am and when they opened the guy at drive thru said the system was down and to come back in 30 minutes’ mind you I’m pregnant and had this craving since I work up I called at 12 pm to see if it was back up and running, so I went and filling got the deluxe sandwich, I usually never eat at this Popeyes and now I remember why ! THEY NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT IT WAS MISSING TOPPINGS!
This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had . 1.) your staff was to busy talk to people at the front to take are order 2) after ordering and waiting 15 mins because your staff continued to talk to there friends instead of paying customers . 3.) my order was wrong and after receiving my food there was only 4 things missing from 2 meals which is kinda high considering you barely have anything to put in the bag .Will not be back
Food was ok, as they didn't get my order correct. Ordered spicy but got mild. Chicken was overcoated with the flour mix which was more than what meat was on the pieces received. I have had problems getting spicy chicken on previous visits. Also, this location seems to never have the desserts offered in stock. Service was slow even though it was somewhat busy. I was asked 2 times to pay for the next order that was behind although I had already paid and just waiting on my order. Seemed unorganized at the time of my order.
This is my favorite location. I've ordered through doordash and have gone myself and my order is always correct and delicious. Only one time was something forgotten and the second I said something I received excellent customer service. For anyone who hasn't been to a Popeyes you have to try the mac and cheese and strawberry lemonade ?
One of the worst staff ever seen in my life . I was there just 20 min ago ( 9:50 pm ) today . But they don’t take my order. Actually store open till 10 pm . And they talk to me very rude . There is one old black guy he is so rude ! And to another black lady came To me and they open the door and they told me to gate out . I was shocked ? ?? ( mr owner please check the camera . And you can see everything these staff not good for you . They are evils ? ???????
I ordered a 2 piece all white meal with Cajun fries. They gave me a l leg and a wing, no breast nor Cajun fries. Normally they don't mess up the order but this time the person was incompetent! Literally have one job.
This is a chicken breast that was in our nine piece box that already had hot sauce on it!! I didn't pay attention until I felt the sogginess and the wetness on some parts of the chicken!! I turned it over and seen that it had redness on it, I didn't put hot sauce on it so it was put in our box?!?!?? With hot sauce already on it which is nasty that means somebody was about to eat this piece of chicken breast put hot sauce on it and they just threw it in somebody else's box that's very nasty!! This is the Popeyes on Brice road in Reynoldsburg, Ohio I would never ever come to this store again, actually I would never ever eat Popeyes again!! They need better customer service on the phone and just maybe next time I will give you 5 stars. But when you don't have an option to have gravy on the side thur there grubhub app and you have to call to tell them that and also get hung up on yeah you only going to get 2 stars.
